Snowmobiles dream! 6 bedroom, 3 bath, huge deck, west facing with private white sand beach. Room to relax, entertain, or host a special gathering. Lac Ste. Anne just 30 mins west of YEG, and the town of Ab Beach only a few minutes drive. Million dollar views from the entire home, including the master & ensuite with jacuzzi tub. Huge kitchen, hardwood floors, pool table, sleeps 16 etc.

The home is perfectly laid out for entertaining, or for larger family gatherings, corporate retreats, etc. Dining room table seats 12, lots of room for parking, and an acre of private lakefront grounds!

Weekend Getaway

Property perfectly met our needs, we had a large group, and the owner was very accommodating with all our vehicles. All the rooms were very comfortable and the lawn and deck were great places to gather and do activity's.

Wonderful stay

I was very happy with my stay at Lac Ste Anne with a group of friends. The property was huge and comfortable. Darcy was very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Long Weekend

Had a great stay with a group of friends over the weekend. Huge house with lots of things to do like a hot tub and its very quiet. Lake front was great as we were able to just head out to go fishing from the backyard.

Post Festival Relaxation

After a recent music festival we took two days to reward the bands with some relaxation and down time. This house provided big enough rooms for some to play together while others could read or hot tub elsewhere. Was a good place to stay for our group. Host was very inviting!

Great Location

We had a great time at this property on the lake. It is a huge house and great for getting a larger group together. We spent the weekend visiting, playing games, ice fishing and snowmobiling. The furniture, carpet and mattresses could use a cleaning or be replaced.

Beautiful house with lots of space for family activities!

Had a wonderful weekend with family. Had a few people not be able to make it which worked out ok as there aren't actually 6 bedrooms. Last one is only a hide a bed in office.

Thanks for your stay, Jennifer! To qualify as a bedroom, there needs to be a private space with closing doors for privacy, which there are in this huge room (tons of room for the pull out to still be used as a functional office space). This, along with the oversized (queen), comfortable pull-out has never been an issue with guests previously, and is noted on the listing details. We will try to make this more explicit for future guests.

Weekend with the friends

It was a nice comfortable property. Pros lots of space, big hang out area. Lots of out doors Cons It was a little messy Sound on the TV is messed up, so you'll need to bring a solution to that if you care.

We take pride in our cleanliness and cleaning protocol so am not sure what would be considered “a little messy” as we double check the entire home after the professional cleaners are done their job. We will continue to ensure the property is top notch. As far as the sound for the main floor television, thank you for the note, we repaired the faulty a/v cord for future guests!

Wow!.. just wow!

Family and I recently stayed at Lakewater and had the time of our lives! Huge bedrooms (2 kings), 3 bathrooms and a huge entertain area with games big screen and pool table etc.. the kitchen and deck (with hot tub, bar, fire feature…) are absolutely massive and perfect for entertaining. We are planning to come back again this summer to enjoy the private white sand beach and yard- place was very clean and host was available for questions we had- definitely recommend this property!

Weekend Getaway

As a group of 12 friends, we were looking for a weekend getaway, and this place was ideal! BBQ with spare propane tank provided, large firepit, hot tub (it was clean), pool table, yard games provided, very nice living room with large TV, fully equipped kitchen with a layout that easily accommodates feeding a large group, large dining room table with room for everyone. Plenty of room for parking. The property backs onto the lake to the west, so sunsets are amazing! The place was clean from a housekeeping standpoint, but there were several minor house maintenance items that could use attention. However, these did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Host was very responsive and all the household items we needed were provided. Very happy with the stay!

We were very disappointed in this property as it was not as described. It is quite dirty and disorganized. The furniture needs replacing or a deep cleaning as it is very worn and dirty. The outdoor furniture is also worn and the cushions were dirty and wet and couldn't be used during our stay. The grounds have not been weeded for a very long time and the property looks very unkept. The driveway is not paved and since it had rained a week prior the ruts were filled with muddy water making it difficult for us to exit our vehicles. The front grassy area was saturated with water making it impossible to use the space. The deck has rotting wood and the bar was dirty and filled with junk. All towels and bed linen should be tossed and replaced. The beds are not very comfortable and the bathrooms have no locks on the doors. The interior window between the hall and games room had been previously broken and there are glass shards around the frame. The hot tub was filled with dark brown water and smelled strongly of chemicals. The oven, dishwasher and barbeque were all in very bad need of cleaning. The waffle maker was put back in the cupboard without being cleaned with batter still stuck on it. There are loose roof tiles all over the roof. All windows and screens need cleaning. The positives are it is large and has beautiful sunsets. If you are looking for a clean well maintained property this is not for you.
