Spacious 1 bedroom apartment located close to all amenities

This recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment has a lot to offer. As you step out of the door, you are just a short flat walk to Airlie Beach Main Street. With everything on your doorstep you are close to tour departure points, cafes' restaurants and shops, including a supermarket which makes it an ideal place to stay.

The bedroom has a king size bed, which makes it suitable for a couple. There is a large undercover private outdoor area for alfresco dining and sunbeds to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for your stay including a dishwasher, full size laundry and separate bathroom. All living areas and bedroom is air conditioned and there is free WIFI and Netflix.

The complex features a pool surrounded by tropical plants and undercover areas for relaxing. This unit has one undercover allocated parking space plus a second allocated space at the front of the unit. Please note the undercover parking has a height restriction of 2.7 metres.

Yes and No!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location and extremely comfortable bed which I spent 4 days in as I was unwell on arrival...not Covid. So well tested! But... there was an odour coming from the butlers pantry that I couldn’t find the source for, turned out that the bin in there had maggots under the lid!! It was taken straight outside and sprayed then hosed out. Also the bathroom had lots of little dead insects on the floor that we just worked around. We were there for 10 nights and surprised there was no room servicing at all in those 10 days! Also, not recycling system for rubbish and when we reported that we had no scourer or chux cloths for dishes it was like we weren’t believed, was given 2 chux but bought our own scourers... also, no face washers! Have been in places that don’t routinely leave them but once they are requested they are supplied, not so here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For our circumstances the unit was in a good spot. The unit was well appointed. We did notice a smell when we first went into the unit that was either musty or pet odour but after opening up the doors a few times this odour went away. The bed however was not very good as you rolled straight to middle of bed if you rolled over. On inspection the middle support was bent and the support leg was also bent at an odd angle.

Great proximity and good size unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had mixed emotions about our stay here. We were really happy with the size of the unit (especially the bedroom where we needed to fit a portacot) however there was a bit of an ant problem. There were baits out, so management aware, however not ideal for our crawling baby. We were also grateful for laundry facilities with a sick baby on the flight up, however it looks like the washing machine leaks. The entry path is a bit unusual (leads to grass) but could be a council responsibility not the units. Only a block back from the main area and only a slight incline which we were so happy about. Great to be close by but not hear the partying at night. Check in process was so easy and the rental office were really accommodating which we were also so grateful for.
