Hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios 1.700, completamente remodelado de 2010, nueva piscina, muebles nuevos, piscina climatizada, 4x TV, DVD, parrilla de gas, Internet, AC. La casa está completamente equipada con todo lo que tiene en casa: toallas, lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, etc - vista al lago. Usted conduce en diez minutos a las playas y al mundo conocido muelle en Nápoles. Siguiente Airport se encuentra en Fort Myers (RSW) 30 minutos. Los mejores restaurantes, posibilidades comerciales y campos de golf se puede llegar en pocos minutos.

También puede jugar al tenis de forma gratuita en las pistas de tenis comunity's - es de unos 3 minutos a pie. La comunidad es perfecto para hacer footing o patinaje en línea. Usted puede patinar o correr por un par de millas alrededor de los lagos.

Fantastic, well equipped and tastefully decorated

The villa was exactly as per the description, it is beautifully furnished and superbly well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area is much better than any other we've had and it was great to have two seating areas, one to watch TV and the other to read. The area in which the villa is set is lovely and has a great community pool and tennis courts which we made use of. Everyone we encountered in the community area was very friendly and indeed this goes for Naples generally. I would thoroughly recommend this villa as we had a fantastic time.

Beautiful home, needs a few repairs

House is beautiful, well decorated, very thoughtfully equipped with a full kitchen, complete cooking supplies, plenty of towels and beach chairs and toys. The neighborhood has pretty landscaping, with friendly neighbors. Some maintenance on dining chairs and pool screens needed. We paid the monthly fee for use of the clubhouse, and grounds, just be aware, this was not covered in our rent. Communication with the owner was sporadic on a few maintenance issues. Overall a very good home to rent, in a good location.

FELT SO AT HOME!

This is a really nice house. Spotless upon arrival. Easy entering the property. Very comfortable. If I had to pick something that wasn't perfect, it would be that the dining room chairs have to be replaced but we only sat at the dining room table once. I was looking for the control for the pool heater and I was told that I didn't pay the $100 a week charge to have the pool heated. It didn't state that in the description but it ended up being fine because the pool was very warm and actually had hot water coming from the jets. I really loved this house and inquired about renting again next year but sadly the owner told us that he was going to only do yearly rentals from this point. By the way. Miroslav was a very nice man!

Beautiful property

This property was perfect for my family. We spent the days at the beach and exploring the Everglades and the evenings lounging around the pool. The house is located to many restaurants and grocery stores. It’s central location was ideal. The neighborhood is quiet and great for running.

Property Expectations

Sadly, the yard was severely overgrown. Garbage had been left in garage for quite some time-smell was horrendous Pool area was dirty and a mess with trash, pool items. House was not as clean as it should have been and kitchen utensils were dirty. Blinds were broken on main sliding doors and in master bath Laundry area had broken shelf, lint left in dryer. None of this was the fault of the property owner or VRBO. Whoever was hired to maintain the property was not doing their job. The property owner lives out of the country and was VERY nice about getting someone to mow the yard several days later. He was not happy about the condition of his property. We felt bad for the property owner. The home is lovely, beautiful neighborhood and close to everything and YES we would rent again. This is the first time using VRBO I've ever had a property that wasn't in good condition. Not their fault or the property owner.

Location Location Location!!!

The location was outstanding. It’s a 10 minute drive to everything and just a mile from Publix and a couple of restaurants. We walked there many times. It’s a great neighborhood and we walked around the big lake every day. We loved the pool area. The house itself needs updating. The furniture is faux leather and all of the dining room chairs and couch/loveseat are peeling. Mattresses, bedroom TVs, grill and the vacuum cleaner (we were there for a month) need to be updated too. With some updates, we would definitely go back.

True Gem! Best deal.

This is a wonderful place to stay. 4-5 miles right to downtown. Excellent, safe location. surrounded by beautiful, high end, houses of residents- not vacationers. Excellent work out facilities and pool. this home has its own pool. lots of privacy, large home with three bedrooms. high ceilings with a living room dining room, family room and kitchen-- all open concept. we used the outdoor grill to entertain. Leather furniture, full stocked kitchen. This landlord is excellent also. He has a friend on call for anything. He was always able to answer a question on the property. I am a travel agent and this is the best financial deal I have seen in 4 years coming to Naples. Highly, highly recommend. Respect and take good care of it . IT is not a house to beat up or trash with a wild party. Very, very comfortable.

perfect spot and close to everything

we have rented this house several times and find it to be perfect for us. This home has a lovely big pool, nicely furnished home in a very convenient location close to old Naples and great shopping and restaurants. the owners, MIroslav and Vera are lovely to deal with and very responsive should anything be required. what can I say ... we love it here!

This was our first Naples rental and we couldn't be more pleased! The property is extremely well maintained and Haus Vera is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need or want. The owners and house mgr. were considerate of us even prior to our arrival. We felt like we were visiting FRIENDS! We hope to return but don't want to leave. Sehr gutes Ferienhaus

Meine Frau und ich haben 6 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Alle Angaben im Internet über das Ferienhaus entsprachen der Realität. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer/Vemieter war hervorragend. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses sind super. Zur Lage: Crown Pointe ist eine ruhige Wohngegend. Kaum Autoverkehr. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten im Zentrum und in ca. 15 Minuten am Strand. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, ein Starbucks und weitere kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles was man zum Leben benötigt ist vorhanden. Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, genügend Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Auf der großen teilüberdachten Terrasse befindet sich ein großer Tisch mit 6 Stühlen. Ausreichend für eine Familie. Zum Sonnenbaden stehen 4 Liegen zur Verfügung. Die Garage bietet Platz für 2 Autos. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Während unseres Urlaubs haben wir uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und haben gleich wieder für 2017 gebucht.

Excellent villa

This is an excellent villa, very spacious and nicely furnished, and in a very quiet area. There is a well sized pool and outdoors patio which gets the sun for most of the day. The photos don't really do the property justice. I hope to return one day. Thanks

A very nice stay I Highly recommend !

The house is very large and confortable and very well situated. The environment is quiet and few minuts from the beaches and downtown. The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything is provided for the stay. So cool I loved this place !

Excellent Value

Miroslav and Vera have a wonderful home in Naples. It is centrally located, well furnished and very clean. The Patockas were very easy to deal with and responsive to the questions that we had pre-arrival. The minor problems that we had (leaking shower head, WIFI and pool heater) were addressed immediately by their local property manager. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large pond in the back. We enjoyed biking in the area and our dog loved the walking paths. After over 4 weeks of relaxing enjoyment it was difficult to return to the winter cold and snow of Indiana. We have already rented the home again for 2015-2016 for an even longer period and look forward to relaxing by the pool and eating at some of the fabulous restaurants in the area. Thank you Vera and Miroslav.

So pleased we chose this holiday home

The house was in a great location. We had stayed in the Lely resort 10 years ago which was lovely , but this was even better, for access to Naples beach and the I75. The house was well equipped and very tidy and clean with nice decor (the photos don't do it justice). We have 3 boys, 14, 12 and 8 and they had an absolute ball. The beaches are superb and The Everglades are a must. We had a problem with the WiFi and the Home Care, Sally did everything to get this sorted out. Would definitely holiday here again.

Would not recommend

The property is not bad at all, and provided all amenities described in the listing. We had a nice time in Naples, and are going to make this our annual destination. However, the owners of this particular house were not the easiest people to deal with. Upon our departure, they charged us for fixing something that was in the same condition when we arrived. They wanted us to replace the front door lock, as they claimed we broke it. When we got there, I noticed that it was a bit stuck and hard to open, but since we mostly used garage to get in and out, it wasn't a bother. I explained this to their house keeper and she seemed to agree, but the owners still insisted of us paying for it. I'm glad it wasn't a dishwasher that broke, as I'm sure they would have asked us to replace that. They've lost our future business over such a small thing, and I hope no other people get hurt by the same scheme. With the abundance of rental properties in the area, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
