Ideal for vacating in all seasons, whether it is snuggling by the wood fire with a glass of Pinot or entertaining friends and family at the outdoor dining area with seating for 8 and fire pit area, this holiday home allows you to relax and unwind with ease.
The kitchen incorporates a breakfast bar including four bar stools and is fully equipped with dishwasher, Caffitaly coffee pod machine, semi commercial oven, cook top, kettle, toaster, microwave and full size fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser.
The cosy lounge room offers large flat screen TV with Netflix availability, sound system and coonara wood fire. Indoor dining for 8 guests and a small library of Books and Board Games available for guest use.
Bathroom facilities include:
Master bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and vanity.
Laundry facilities including:
Located in the Ensuite, the European laundry includes combination washer/dryer.
Tandem carport and off street parking for four cars in total.
