Two bedrooms, each with queen size beds sleeps 4 guests comfortably. One bathroom (with bath), sperate toilet, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Modern kitchen, with large fridge, stainless steel appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a large uncover deck, fitted with family size Webber, outdoor dining set, and everything you need for enjoying the warm summer nights!

Nestled in a tranquil part of Rye, this gem is centrally located between Rye main beach, and Rye ocean beach. It’s minutes away from Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Springs and Spa, and Cups Estate Winery.
