I stay in Gatlinburg towers before and always stay here because they are very clean and very comfortable, convenient how close are from downtown, very nice for the price are unit was 3 bedroom and bathroom, we definitely come back.

The experience was great, we saw bears right from our door! It was very cool. The kids loved the swimming pool and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after walking along the strip most of the days.

Washer and dryer not in the unit and had to pay to wash and dry the towels in order to have enough for the entire trip. The stand up shower in one of the bathrooms needs updating and no shelving for shampoo or soap. Bathrooms small. Further walk to downtown than expected. There is a trolley stop down the road that is not marked well.

This convenient unit is a popular rental.The laundry is located in the building …not in individual units.The property is as described in the description and photos…which include a map. We have no control of the trolly or trolly stops. Records indicate that you did not contact us during you stay for a service call, and we would have been more than happy to assist . The listing has been reviewed for accuracy. Thank you for being a valued guest and we hope you visit the area again very soon.

Very outdated both inside and out. But for 3 BR walking distance to downtown it suited our purpose for the Convention Center where we're not here much. A little bit of effort for better towels and amenities inside would be appreciated. Felt in a lower class of guests but felt like we were paying a decent price to be here but maybe not. The free tickets advertised were a little misleading cuz you have to call an 800 number and it's just one free ticket per day but that's still pretty nice. We didn't attempt it though. Did not use the pool or hot tub it was sweltering hot in that enclosure like a greenhouse but in other times of the year that's probably very nice. That said, I would stay here again for the walkability to the convention center as Ubers are almost non-existent here. The next time I want to spend any time in nature I would definitely rent a cabin elsewhere. Check in was extremely easy and got a hold of someone although it was an 800 number property management company as well. We saw a bear every day in the parking lot. Do not leave even one granola bar in your car as they definitely got into other people's cars daily. Not going to lie though that was the highlight of the trip!

Great place to stay!

Our favorite part was everything is just walking distance. Great place and the condo has great rooms and space for me, my family and friends. We also saw a bear on our first day. Great place to stay!

Very comfy stay for the entire family

If you are looking for a place within walking distance to the heart of Gatlinburg, this is an amazing option, especially for a family who would like 3 separate rooms. My wife and I agree that the beds were perfect after a full day of walking around town.

Amenities. The place is very outdated. The shower in our bathroom look like somebody had stopped in the middle of repairing it. There was nowhere to even put the soap or the shampoo up off the floor.

Nice place to stay

We had a great time! The property is just a short walk from lots of activities on the Parkway. Bedrooms are small but comfortable. Seems like the unit is undergoing some renovations.

There was way too much chlorine in the hot tub. After turning it on, we had difficulty breathing and our eyes started to burn.

It is not the responsibility of the rental management company, however if you had contacted our staff we would have been happy to make the necessary contacts to resolve the problem. The rental unit itself is a wonderful, conveniently located property, and receives positive comments.
