The overall stay was good. We did not use the pool. The fireplace was nice. The condo was very clean . Everything was I. Place. I just didn’t like the location.

The layout was perfect for us and so private for each couple. We loved that the sleeping arrangements had us on separate floors. The fireplace was so warm and cozy. The trolley was great and so easy. We rode to Anakeesta. We saw a mama bear and 4 cubs. How special for us all. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us. The Flinns

Perfect stay

We stayed four nights with our 9 year old and 14 year old. The home was perfect for our needs. All amenities were considered and the beds were super comfy. It’s a short and lovely walk to downtown Gatlinburg and all activities in the area. Highly recommend!!

We had a great day. Came for a soccer tournament with young children, condo was perfect. Close walkable distance to the main street area. Easy check-in and check out.

Condo was perfect for the 4 in my group. Couldve had a couple more people comfortably. Beds were comfortable and clean. No hiccups. Easy parking at your condo. Easy parking downtown if you dont want to walk. Definitely perfect walk for warm months. Short drive to Rocky Top for youth sports. Would stay again

We went to Gatlinburg on a family vacation. We chose this property because of the 3bed/3baths. It is a very nice,clean property. It is an easy walk to the strip in Gatlinburg. It is well equipped and stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

FABULOUS condo walking distance to town!!

Condo was everything we expected and more. 3 floors each with their own bed and bathroom. Clean and comfy beds. Loved the decks with sitting areas. Not totally screened in, so there were MANY lady bugs. Charles was quick to respond. Walkable to town, so you save on parking. We were even welcomed by a family of bears. Spacious and convenient walk to Parkway

Spent the day at Anakeesta and this place was a convenient walk from the entrance. We had a 1 and 3 year old and it was close enough to leave Anakeesta to take them back for a nap in the middle of the day and still make it back out. Clean and has everything you need. Would stay there again.

Mountain Delight

Very clean, Beautifully decorative design throughout. Beds were very comfortable. Location was within walking distance of the town activities. Owner of property was kind and attentive to our need. Got our daily work-out with the stairs. Overall very enjoyable and would highly recommend.

The bears!

Property was close to GSM entrance and close to downtown Gatlinburg while being in a nice quiet side street. Saw bears every day roaming the park or near the house. Property owner communication was great. Place as expected.

Family getaway

Perfect vacation spot with an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. It was the perfect spot for our quick family getaway.

Great choice!

Spent a few days here with family for an early summer vacation to Tennessee. Great location with a quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Helps to save on $20 per day parking. Accommodations were clean, quiet and more than adequate. If you want to see black bears, be sure to drive out and visit Cades Cove while in town. It was a highlight of our trip!

Great place and vacation!

We've stayed in multiple cabins/locations over the years and this condo was one of the best for us. We liked the proximity to the strip, cleanliness and ease of everything. The kids loved the loft with the big bunk beds. Overall great experience and stay.

Mixed review…

Good location and clean well equipped home. The major problem we had was the HVAC system. Thermostats were all set at 69 deg heat. Third floor was 79, second floor was 75 and first floor was 69. Bath on second floor was like a sauna because vent was running off of first floor thermostat which the heat was running most of the time. Solution was to turn heat off on 2nd & 3rd floor.
