We do everything we can to ensure that guests have all the information needed. The pool is not guaranteed to open till Memorial Day weekend however we try to open as early as we can. The overall stay was good. We did not use the pool. The fireplace was nice. The condo was very clean . Everything was I. Place. I just didn’t like the location.

Perfect stay

We stayed four nights with our 9 year old and 14 year old. The home was perfect for our needs. All amenities were considered and the beds were super comfy. It’s a short and lovely walk to downtown Gatlinburg and all activities in the area. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great! The amount of space was perfect for us (2 adults and 4 teenagers) and the check in/out process was very simple and smooth. Definitely will book again for our future visits.

Great place and vacation!

We've stayed in multiple cabins/locations over the years and this condo was one of the best for us. We liked the proximity to the strip, cleanliness and ease of everything. The kids loved the loft with the big bunk beds. Overall great experience and stay.
