Amazing house with an amazing view!

We LOVED staying here! The close proximity to the beach was fantastic, and we enjoyed not having a crowded location like PCB or Destin for our Labor Day trip.

We had a blast! The house was beautiful and very accommodating for our very large group. My only complaint would be the pool. It was dirty and the trees covered it so no sun on the pool.

Not as advertised as to beach access biggest problem

Nice house in gated area. Home has taken some wear and tear since the photos were taken. Kitchen cabinets worn, garage full of old furniture, pool cushions nasty and old, and 360 blue was not prepared for changes in access to beach and beach vendors. “Private Beach” designation caused multiple problems. Sure the boardwalk takes you “steps” to beach, but must drive golf cart a quarter mile out front driveway and thru gates to go to public beach access(no parking allowed of course) and arrange the “complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas” and the four others 360blue told us we needed to rent from there which cannot be left for more than 30 minutes or else are taken away, then walk back down the beach 500 yards to that same “private beach access”boardwalk and then back to the house to retrieve anything, go to bathroom, whatever. Totally unworkable - especially with children. Then we found that the home had chairs and tents already in the packed garage/basketball court (along with 2 old box springs and tables/furniture) I called to make sure we could use them if we put them up ourselves and 360 blue said yes, which was a save. However, after multiple voice mail back and forth finally 360Blue promised me a credit for the four additional beach chairs we had rented as well to use on a photo session or other “experiences”. When I called to book those to burn off my $400 unusable rentals (much less the four complimentary sets), the manager told me that the other agents had made a mistake and I could not use them for that - only other beach services - which were that same ridiculous distance away. Oh and we also rented 4 baby gates for the stairwells, only to find that we only needed two, and there were two already in the closet we could have used! Finally - the first floor of the house is really a mud room with bathroom they turned into a bedroom by throwing in three big beds (to increase the sleep count no less) and is the hallway to get to the back porch. Not exactly what a family would look at as a bedroom. Bottom line - house was nice, beach access issues are very troublesome and 360 blue needs to communicate this to prospective renters. Whatever you do - don’t spend the money on rental gates and wagons and beach chairs and umbrellas or else you will feel duped like me.

September 2021 Stay

Our Annual Admin Retreat was an enjoyable time for all who attended. As for the beach house, it was a pretty property, but in need of some repairs and some interior updates. 360Blue was great in responding to our calls for various service needs, and it helped in making our stay more pleasant. Thank you to all those who provided the services...it was appreciated. We look forward to using 360Blue's services in the future.

Our group of 6 couples lucked out, getting this house last minute when our rental in Fort Morgan was made uninhabitable by Sally. Looks just like the pictures - bathroom remodels are gorgeous. We had a few issues, but 360Blue representatives answered quickly and resolved our problems. The 6th couple squeezed into the bunk room - not ideal. For 5 couples and a few kids, the house is very nice.

This is our second year to stay at this property. It did not disappoint! The private boardwalk to the beach is so convenient. We have 3 young grandchildren and it made the trip to the beach so much easier! The house provided space for us to spread out. We were able to come together at meals and enjoy cooking together. Your team’s responsiveness and attention to detail is so appreciated. I am already looking forward to another visit !

We take our children and grandchildren on an annual vacation. Our recent stay at Villa Sienna was voted “best beach vacation” by our group of 13. The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for everyone. The beach access was excellent and the pool was especially enjoyed by our younger grandchildren. I am happy to recommend this lovely home to anyone.

My husband and I came down in January to scout out a place for our family and their spouses as well as grandchildren. We feel that the service provided exceeded our expectations! All we asked for was available when requested. Chairs, bikes, and child carriers were all set up and waiting for us. The house was fantastic and allowed our families to have there own space. The walk to the beach was so nice as we had young grandchildren. The icing on the cake was the photographer you recommended (Kaylie B. Poplin) to capture this time for us was so accommodating and the pictures turned out so good! We had an issue with the dryer, and once reported, it was corrected wIthin hours. We would recommend this to others!

July 2018 Stay

We stayed with three families and had plenty of room. The house is even nicer than it appears in the pictures. The walk to the beach was very easy even with small children. There were two dishwashers and an ice maker. Everything worked well. The beds were super comfy. The outdoor decks were very nice with great views. The outdoor grill and pool were nice. The beach was not very crowded and you get 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas with the rental. We would definitely go back!!

Really nice place to stay at such a beautiful beach. Very clean house, awesome bedrooms, kitchen has everything for our group of 17 people, loved the ocean view balcony, and the beach is 30 seconds of walking distance.

October 2017 Stay

This house was perfect for 10 adults and 4 young children. It was cozy and inviting and had amazing views. The proximity to the beach as well as to Seaside, watercolor and Rosemary Beach was wonderful. The pool heater didn't work when we were there but we spent our time at the beach. I will say that the main master bedroom on the third floor didn't get nearly as cool as the rest of the house so it might be pretty uncomfortable in the warmer months. All in all though we loved this house and its location. We would definitely return!

June 2017 Stay

We LOVED this place with our big group of 18. With 12 kids from ages 6-18, the close walk to the beach, the indoor basketball court, the private pool, and the separate TV room for movies and gaming provided plenty of entertainment for them for the whole week. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped (even a separate ice maker!), and the giant dining table was the perfect size for all of us whether we were eating or playing games. Our 3 families have stayed in several homes together over the last 5 years, and this one is by far the BEST. The quieter location and smaller crowds on the beach made our annual vacation so relaxing. Plans are already in the works to stay here again next year!

HOUSE WAS AMAZING!! My husband and I brought six 16year old boys for their spring break and it was a blast. Would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for quick beach access and smaller crowds compared to other areas on 30A. Kitchen was great for preparing large meals and loved the gathering areas and HUGE dining table that we all could sit at together. A+++++

March 2017 Stay

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay. The view of the gulf from the deck is stunning and was perfect for my morning coffee. The boardwalk was just steps outside the backdoor and an easy stroll to the beach. Loved the privacy. Very spacious home with beautiful decor. Equipped with everything we needed. Location is perfect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.
