Our apartment located right at the heart of South Brisbane inside a high quality building, you will have a great time in our comfy and conveniently located resort-style apartment! It is well-maintained, clean and equipped with all comforts for you!

Minutes away from all sorts of museums, galleries and the famous South Bank Parklands and Streets beach, you will find easy access to all places inside and around Brisbane CBD. Heaps of boutique shops, cafes and nice restaurants are right downstair

****Please note, right now there are multiple construction projects going on at South Brisbane and Brisbane CBD area, there might be increased noise, work and road closures taking places during your stay! ****
Our apartment features:

Jacuzzi in our building is currently under maintenance, it will be fixed by the end of Aug.

There is recent ongoing construction work near our apartment due to a development apartment construction project . There may be some noise disturbances during specific hours during working days of the week. we encourage you to reach out to us if you have any concerns or if the noise becomes disruptive to your stay.

NO PARTY RULES and QUIET HOURS

Our home is not suitable for parties and events. The neighbour will call either me, our local security patrol or the police if noise is excessive after 10pm.

Our quiet hours are 10pm to 8am on the second day! Thank you for your understanding and help in keeping a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood.

We will provide you with 1 set of keys by default. If you require extra keys it is subject to availability. We usually need at least a day to arrange cleaning and inform our cleaners special check-in requirements. If you have made a same day booking, we cannot ensure you a 3pm check in. However we will try our best to accommodate your request, therefore drop us a message before you make a last minute booking and let us know your planned arrival time!

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service and our cleaners usually make their schedule a day before. We have a standard check in time of 3pm which ensures that our cleaners have enough time to make our home nice and clean for your stay! If you need an early check in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival day and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, thank you for your understanding in advance!

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

We understand that sometimes you really enjoy your time here with us and would like stay a little longer! However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! Therefore it is important that all late check out requests should be made AT LEAST THE NIGHT before your departure to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to finish their work! If you need to check out after 12pm, an extra HALF DAY rate will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved. We will not accommodate late check out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late check out confirmation, our cleaner will commence their work at 10am and they will have access to our property for housekeeping.

STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide all our guests with essential starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. Complimentary supplies include: 1 set of bed linens for each bed, 2 towels per double/queen/king bed, 1 towel per single/sofa bed, 1 tea towel, coffee + tea + sugar + milk, 2 toilet rolls per toilet, 1 bath mat, 2 hand towels and shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bodywash per bathroom. There are also a few other cooking supplies provided in our kitchen. Please note these supplies are not intended to last for the whole duration of your stay but are provided to avoid the need to rush to supermarkets immediately after your arrival. If you need extra supplies, please arrange with us prior to your stay to avoid delivery costs! If you would like to request mid-stay supply delivery, please contact us and we are more than happy to help!

Please make sure to book for the actual number of guests so that linens & towels can be provided for all!

They are both available upon request at a cost of $40 which can be paid through Airbnb. Once payment is received, we will arrange them to be set up for you. We provide regular sheets to our cot and it will be made for you. It is also recommended that you bring your own fabrics to protect the sensitive and delicate skin of your baby!

Compact unit in excellent location
The Unit is clean, has everything needed for a couple, and is in excellent location for Theatres and South Bank. Balcony is very nice for city area. The owner may be new to renting, as the booking process became a convoluted AI process. Especially last-minute key instruction, having to park car illegally, getting the keys from lock box on fence across the busy street, down on knees in pouring rain, and repeat to return keys, may be new norm for Brisbane but needs to be made more user friendly. Thank you
