My Place tiene 2 dormitorios de matrimonio y 2 reinas y un sofá-cama. Nashville Roadhouse es solamente un paseo súper 8 min del centro. decorado con buen gusto dormitorios y sala de estar con un tema de ciudad de la música y un montón de iluminación. La casa está en la planta baja. totalmente equipada cocina de acero inoxidable, microondas, máquina de hielo, keurig estación de café patio trasero y patio. sala de estar con TV por cable de alta calidad LED HD y WiFi. acceso de la desventaja en la puerta principal. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios y familias (con niños).
Toda la casa y el patio trasero es suya para utilizar que incluye 4 plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas.
Esta excelente ubicación a un corto paseo a todos los destinos más populares de Nashville y una corta distancia a pie de dos grandes restaurantes locales.

The property itself was fantastic. The host was phenomenal by far one of the best host that we have ever had and we’ve been doing this 2017. I’d recommend using this host any chance you get they have my properties in Nashville.

We had a few things not mentioned. Like they lived above the property. You could hear every time they moved and the dryer is what im assuming. The front door handle fell off in my hand after I recieve a message stating they was working on it. So they had to fix it. Also one of the chairs around the table needs the leg fixed. Also the master bathroom shower playe on the wall is not mounted. But Brent and Jean was super friendly. I love the heads in there windows

Girls Nashville Trip

Cute and clean. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with showers. Convenient to the city and no problems using Uber in this 9area.

Wonderful place!

We had a great stay. Super friendly hosts and very attentive. Great communication. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Nice playground within walking distance, too.

A Nashville get away.

Overall very clean place. I think it is a great place for partiers, girls or boy weekends, people planning on going down to Nashville and eating out. It was 10-15 minutes from every place we visited. I’d say my only constructive feedback for review is it is less family friendly. Uncomfortable living room furniture and not a lot of space if you are doing a lot of cooking. The place sleeps 10, but I think comfortable 4-6 adults, if you plan on relaxing there and cooking. Plenty of beds, 2 rooms had 2 full sized beds and the Master had a king. Beds were comfortable, but if you get cold, I’d take extra blankets. Only light comforters available. I did not ask for extra blankets so they may have been available. Owners live upstairs and did not bother us, but kept us informed with bad weather coming through. Weird manikins in the windows upstairs. At first we thought people were staring at us, then realized maybe it’s a security thing?!? Personally I think security cameras would work better.

Sister getaway

We picked this location to its proximity to fairgrounds. Food was very easy to find nearby. The rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen is definitely not gourmet. We found 5 glasses, only 1 not plastic.

We did feel safe in a place where the host is being issued a warrant. Had to find another place last minute to stay and the host or VRBO will not give refund.

Not as expected

We made a reservation to stay with our kids and my mother in law for an out of town wedding. The house is in a mixed commercial neighborhood on a dead end street with a GIANT cell tower that takes up the backyard. It was confusing where to park. There was trash on 3 sides of the property. The VRBO section is the ground floor. There were 3 “bedrooms” but only one had a half closet. The master bedroom had a giant mirror leaning against a dresser. In one of the bedrooms with two full beds, both headboards were broken. The fridge was full of food from the upstairs renter. The kitchen table was stained and old. The washing machine was full of wet towels. The black sheets that were turned down on all the beds were dusty. There was trash on the floor. There was a box of rat poison in the cupboard above the Coffee machine. There were only 3 k-cups for a property that advertises sleeping 10. The doors were grimey and there was an unflushed toilet. The property manager did offer us another place to stay when we communicated our issues with the cleanliness of the property. So the response time was pretty good. I would not recommend to a friend. I didn’t want my children to stay there and was relieved to leave. We did not spend the night at this property.

Suited our needs

This place slept everyone that we had on our trip adequately. They supplied the linens and towels as well as kcup coffee. Worked out well for our needs.

Perfect for explorers

This is the perfect place to stay for a group that wants to explore Nashville! We were on a Girl’s Trip with 6 ladies in our 20’s. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the house, but when we were there, we were comfortable and able to spread out. It is easy to find and the road it’s on is very private. The owners were easy to communicate with, though we had no issues. Great stay, would return!

Highly recommend this home as a place to stay when in Nashville. Owner is very nice and helpful. Easy to locate and quiet location without a lot of outside noise of busy town life going on outside.

Nice stay in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay at the Roadhouse in Nashville. The property is located close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was always available and helped us with incidentals like extra pillows. Everybody is so polite in the South that it's easy to forget the hustle of NYC. I would stay here again when we return to Nashville.

The owners are really nice, the place is good. 2 small things - They should change the entry code on the door lock, the number of the code are worn off and that makes it easily guessable, and in the pics of the outside of the house that have cropped out the Giant Cell tower that is right in the back yard, people that are RF sensitive might not want to stay at this one

Clean, good communication but not as described

Overall we had a great time in Nashville. The communication with the hosts was very good. The location is central, easy to get to downtown. Things you should know before renting are there are limited amenities in the house. There were only 3 forks, 4 spoons, 2 butter knives, no laundry soap, no toilet tissue HOLDERS in the bathrooms, no paper towels, bath towels were cheap sandpaper feel but plenty of them, it appeared they may be in the process of remodeling as there were spackling spots on many walls. Again overall good but it could great with a few updates.
