Nuestra propiedad es una de las más bonitas de la playa de Siesta Key. Ver vrbo com / 802548 para más comentarios de esta casa. Impresionante y espacioso en Beach Road, justo enfrente de Beach Access 10 (la playa número uno en los EE. UU. 2015, 2017.) Tenga en cuenta que nuestra casa de vacaciones consta de dos unidades. Por favor no dude en contactarme directamente sobre disponibilidad. El precio de este listado es alquilar solo una unidad de 3 habitaciones. Ambas unidades están bellamente amuebladas. También se pueden alquilar juntos como una gran propiedad con 6 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños. Nuestra impresionante casa cuenta con todas las comodidades: sillas de playa, caddies de playa, sombrillas, juguetes de playa, sábanas finas, toallas de playa y mucho más.

555 Beach es la casa de vacaciones perfecta. Es más grande, más espacioso y ofrece más espacio para el entretenimiento que la mayoría de los hogares en Siesta Key. El patio trasero y el área de la piscina del resort son nuevos con una nueva decoración al aire libre y áreas de comedor. La piscina climatizada de 25 pies y el patio trasero de adoquines satisfacen al viajero exigente.

La unidad frontal (fotos 6 a 12) tiene 3 hermosos dormitorios y 2. 5 baños. Duerme 8 - 10. Dos habitaciones espaciosas también ofrecen vestidores grandes. Los baños también son amplios. Entra en el piso principal y disfruta de la maravillosa luz mientras entras en una amplia sala de estar y cocina abierta (con bar y un comedor separado), haciendo de este un lugar perfecto para el entretenimiento. Continúe la fiesta, o simplemente relájese y tome el sol en el balcón al aire libre con vistas parciales de agua y playa. El balcón tiene una mesa de comedor y muebles de salón.

La unidad trasera, 555B tiene 3 hermosas habitaciones y 2 baños y un balcón al aire libre y una mesa de comedor con vista al área de la piscina del resort. Las tres habitaciones son similares en tamaño. Dos de las habitaciones tienen camas king y la tercera ofrece una reina. Duerme 6 en camas. También tenemos nuevos colchones de aire. Ver fotos (13-18). En el interior, en el piso principal, hay una hermosa sala de estar, comedor y cocina con electrodomésticos nuevos y un nuevo televisor de alta definición de pantalla plana de 50 ". Nuevos ventiladores de techo en todo.

Ambas unidades también tienen lavadoras / secadoras nuevas y televisores de alta definición en todas partes.

¡Como se mencionó, las dos unidades también funcionan bien juntas, y cuando están disponibles, crean uno de los más amplios baños de 6 habitaciones y 5 baños en Siesta Key! Por favor, vea las imágenes para obtener más detalles. Ofrecemos internet de alta velocidad y tenemos nuevas pantallas planas de alta definición en todas partes. Spring Break 2017

6 adults (3 couples) on this SK visit, and a great time had by all! Perfect location, a short, 5- 10 minute walk to the "village"...or a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach! Clean, roomy 3 bedroom (all upstairs) town-home style property (2 unit, front & back...we stayed front) with balconies 1st and 2nd floors perfect for morning coffee & evening nightcaps. Great kitchen/family room, big and inviting, plenty of style and conveniences. Very nice private backyard pool, a little cool a few days during our stay and the wind blocked so nothing but sun! Plenty of "necessary" items for a beach stay so time spent relaxing and enjoying every minute and really no need to drive once you arrive if sun, sand, surf & a fantastic selection of places to eat & drink all within minutes walk is what you require!! Perfect, absolutely perfect...our host, Dave, was always accessible and responsive with any question or request, and a great "local" source of information and recommendations. Definitely on the short list for places we'll stay on our future (been coming to SK for years) visits!

Our vacation was great. The house and pool are beautiful. The location is perfect. The owner's hospitality was exceptional. Everything is well within walking distance. I would highly recommend spending a week or more at this property.

Great location, great house, and great Host.

Wonderful, we really enjoyed ourselves. The house was perfect and we enjoyed the pool when it was too bad to go to the beach. The property had everything there to help accomodate our needs during our stay. David checked in on us almost everyday to ensure our stay was going good. This was one of the most impressive places we have stayed in all our travels. We definitely will be coming back real soon.

Totally impressed with the beauty of the unit, wonderful town , clean beach and friendly service from the owner Dave. We are 5 star hotel kinda people and we were surprised and delighted! Everything was so modern, clean and comfortable! Dave went the extra mile to insure we had a wonderful time! He was very familiar with the town since he lives on the Island personally and made recommendation for our visit which were perfect. The privacy of the unit allows you an oasis yet a simple walk to everything the area has to offer. I can honestly say I have traveled the world and never seen a beach this clean and beautiful! We loved our time and feel like we have a new home away from home! Thank you Dave and team we look forward to coming back many more times! We feel so blessed to have found you and this little paradise!

Comfortable, nice location

We spent a week here and enjoyed it. The location is convenient to the beach and town. Overall this is a clean and comfortable place. My only complaint is that I found a pair of dirty underpants under the bed (not mine) and the bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. Other than that it was fine.

Spectacular Vacation in a Beautiful Home

I have been going to Siesta Key for 25 years now and have had a wonderful experience every single time. This time was no different! I was blown away by how close the home was to the beach! The pool was large and clean, and David is an all around gentleman. We were greeted with kindness and hospitality and had no issues during the holiday weekend. Very spacious home with great outdoor space. We are very excited to plan our next stay in Siesta at this property again!!

LOCATION AND LUXURY: This is one of the nicest homes on Siesta Key Beach. We are on Beach Road - across from a more private portion of the best beach in the world! Walk back and forth to the beach throughout the day. This is also a duplex home, allowing you to rent either one unit or both, depending on your needs. Both units offer spacious and open living areas that are great for entertaining (very hard to find on Siesta Key). Nice combination of indoor and outdoor space, with a brand new heated pool and private backyard. Backyard BBQ, too! All new High Def Flat screen smart 4K TVs.

Beautiful New Backyard includes brand new 25- foot heated pool surrounded by paver bricks and 3 dining tables/BBQ and beautifully landscaped backyard.
