The Blue Door-Luxury 4BD w/Full Gulf views, private beach access&walk to town!

Newly renovated and first time on the market for this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious 2-floor unit with beautiful unobstructed views of the. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and convenient beach access. Beautiful views to make memories to last a life time. Two full frontal decks to take in all the gulf has to offer. The first deck has table chairs, grill and lounge chairs. The top deck has rocking chairs with side table to watch the gulf, read a book or get some sun. There is a beach in front of the building to enjoy, in addition to a private beach path down to the waters edge. Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis with $175 fe. No cats allowed, as I'm allergic.

Walking distance to the beach, public beach and a half mile to the Village. Walk down your private access to the beach and explore the amazing shells and sands of Siesta Beach. Continue south to the public beach sand volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts or grab a drink or bite to eat at the concession area. Continue south to point of rocks and return home or grab a bite at one of the establishments on the South end of the beach, Sneaky Tiki is a favorite for happy hour.

Bike and golf cart rentals are available in and around the village. There are free rides available as well as uber. In addition Instacart, uber eats, door dash and Amazon service the area.

Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely top-notch! It honestly exceeded my expectations—though the photos were great, the reality was even better. They truly thought of everything, from high-end amenities to thoughtful details. The home was immaculately clean, beds and sheets were comfortable, and the whole house was stocked with quality products. The location was perfect—just a short 7-minute walk to downtown Siesta Key, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Plus, private beach access made it feel special and super convenient. I’d highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to stay again!

We loved our stay here! You cannot beat the views from the balcony, there is so much living space, and we loved the small touches like toiletries, beach chairs, and beach towels being provided. The communication with the owner was clear and prompt. We will definitely be back another time!

Beautiful place right on the beach. Had so many personal and thoughtful touches. So very comfortable. Fantastic stay. The most comfortable beds we have ever slept on in a rental. Gorgeous views of one of the best beaches in the country.

Your eyes can't help but light up when you first walk into The Blue Door and you experience the view you'll be having during your stay. It just gets better with Stephanie as your host. She has thought of everything from clothes steamer to countertop ice maker to a new backgammon set. The kitchen is fully equipped with two coffee makers, grinder, hand held mixer, steak knives, plenty of glassware both plastic and glass and dishes for twelve. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable, nice linens and fluffy towels. Beach equipment and at least a dozen beach towels were available. Thank you Stephanie for a great stay. We will be back in 325 days!!!!

The host was very responsive to questions. We loved the house. Very comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen includes everything you could need. Even items for young children. Separate bar area with beverage fridge is a plus. All the towels and equipment for a great day at the beach. Parking is a premium in this area, so having a garage space and another behind it is nice. Location on the beach and close to town is amazing, with great views and stunning sunsets through the ample windows!

This is an amazing rental! We had 7 adults and we all enjoyed everything about this condo. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked and very clean with super comfortable beds! The beach accessories were great and made going to the beach much easier. Stephanie was an amazing host who replied very quickly and was very helpful with any questions we had - even if they didn’t directly involve the condo. The location is great and the beach view from the balconies is incredible. Would highly recommended this beautiful place if you are heading to Siesta Key!

Perfect!

This was a wonderful home to stay and enjoy the beach. Cleanliness and fresh indoor air are always high priority to me and this house had both. The view of the beach was awesome. She had everything you would want or need for daily living in the house. Stephanie recommended some restaurants as we ate dinner out and every meal was delicious. So I highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to Siesta Key.

Home away from home!

First time visitors to Siesta Key for spring break and definitely will be back. Our stay at The Blue Door was wonderful, perfectly accommodated our two families and was close enough to the local scene and fun while being just far enough away to be serene and private. Stephanie was an excellent host, and we were provided with every comfort of home needed for our stay. Cannot recommend enough.

We just returned from an incredible week at The Blue Door, and I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment we arrived and spotted that iconic blue door, we knew we were in for something special.The location is unbeatable—direct Gulf views from multiple levels, beach access right down the path (literally steps to the sugar-white sand of Siesta Key), and a short, easy walk to the vibrant Siesta Key Village for amazing restaurants, shops, ice cream, and live music. We loved being able to pop back to the house for a quick break or sunset drinks without any hassle. The home itself is stunning: spacious 4-bedroom layout that comfortably accommodated our group of 7 (with room to spare), beautifully updated with modern, beachy decor, high-end kitchen stocked with everything we needed for family meals, and those panoramic ocean views from the living areas and bedrooms. Fast WiFi, washer/dryer, and all the little thoughtful touches made it feel like a true home away from home. If 're looking for a luxurious, family-friendly beach house on Siesta Key that delivers on every promise, book the Blue door. Berween waking up to the sound of waves and watching dolphins from the balcony the Private beach path—felt exclusive and never crowded. What a perfect stay and a dream house ! love that it was at a quiet part of the beach and the sunrise and sunset were amazing. Definitely make sure you sit outside at the top porch on rocking chairs at night for amazing view of the water moon and the stars!Everything you would need was available at this house for a perfect beach vacation!Great well stocked kitchen Will definitely stay here again

fabulous in every way

This property worked perfectly for our family of seven, including a baby! We especially loved the spacious, beautiful kitchen, and the views from inside as well as from the expansive balconies. The beach was closer than it seemed in photos and the marsh was pretty as well. The home is beautiful and high-quality. It is very well stocked, Stephanie has thought of everything and is extremely responsive. We would highly recommend.

Family vacation for the 4th of July. Loved it so much we rented the unit again for 2024 4th of July vacation! Bay place to enjoy the beach in comfort and cleanliness with all the amenities needed!
