Wake up in this beautiful 3 bedroom unit in the mountain town of Canmore! It is located within walking distance from local shops and artisans. Spend your days taking in the sights from the top of a mountain (and then biking down it!), or ski at one of the 4 near by ski-resorts. After a big day of exploring, relax in the spacious living room, soak in the hot-tub, cook dinner in the full kitchen, and read your favourite book by the fireplace!

The space
The condo is located at Canmore Crossing, It sleeps 8 people and is perfect for families and groups, or couples looking to explore the Canadian Rocky Mountains!

☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
This condo features 3 large private bedrooms allowing for ultimate privacy and peaceful sleep during your mountain stay. The 2 kings and 1 queen-size beds are spacious and the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable!

2 Full bathrooms (ensuite) and 1 half bathroom, each offering bathtubs with showers. Both are fully equipped with everything you need to start your day.

The condo offers easy access to the Canadian Rockies where you can experience outstanding hiking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, 4 world-class ski hills, It is 18-minute drive from the historic town of Banff.

Every unit is sanitized and professionally deep-cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests.

-The building is secured with a private pin code which you will be provided.

- Guests will have access to the entire unit along with all the resort's amenities including the fitness center, hot tubs, and parking.

We have these rules not to penalize guests. We have these rules to ensure that all guests staying at the building have a positive experience.

1. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down in order to comply with the local noise bylaws. Noise violation fines range from $50 to $200 depending on the severity of the complaint. This will be charged to the guest if a noise violation report is received.

2. SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo. There is a fine of $250 if the property managers find evidence of smoking inside the condo.

3. CHECK-OUT TIME: We have a strict check-out time at 11AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will result to a charge of 100% of the nightly rate. You have the option to request in advance a late check out at 1PM for an extra fee of $25 upon availability.

4. CHECK-IN TIME: We have a strict check-in time at 4PM. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a charge of 100% of the nightly rate. You have the option to request in advance an early check-in at 2PM for an extra fee of $25 upon availability.

5. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: You are allowed to have extra guests. Please make sure to add the total number of guests on the reservation. An accurate price will be automatically calculated based on the number of guests. Unauthorized guests not added on the reservation will result in a charge of $50 per guest per night.

6. PETS: This unit is NOT pet-friendly.

7. We want your stay to go as smoothly as possible. We do not advise mailing items to the unit as we do not have access to a mailbox. However, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered. You may also rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages there if you are staying for a longer period.

8. It is the guest's responsibility to make sure no items are left behind at the property. If an item is found after checkout, we have a process in place for mailing the item. As we are not liable for forgotten or lost items, the guest has to cover any related mailing costs.

Great space and location
The unit is large, spotless, well appointed, and in a VERY convenient location (walkable restaurants, grocery store, easy highway access...) The convenience of everything is a result of being on a fairly busy street, but the views are as pictured (and you can see the mountains from every room). The kitchen is very well stocked for extended stays. Some things I shared w/ the hosts: The 3rd bedroom really does need heavy drapes to prevent light and sound bleed from the living room if you want to use the main space at all while someone is sleeping. The 2nd King bedroom has an ensuite bathroom but no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. The hottub availability was limited (only available in adjacent buildings) when we were there, and required advanced scheduling, so I'm not sure that's a selling point. The directions for accessing the unit were pretty convoluted, but once you've figured it out it's manageable. The ac units worked well (and were needed!), and having a dedicated underground parking space is great. The furniture (beds, couch, etc.) was all in great shape and very comfortable. The hosts are VERY responsive to questions or problems. Overall this is great space and would be comfortable for an extended stay given the location and furnishings.

Nice with everything
Stay for a business meeting was nice to have separate rooms and a central area to meet. Down side it third ‘bedroom’ is more of a bonus room that has frosted glass doors leading to main space so slightly noisy but the other two rooms were wonderful. Hosts were responsive and friendly.
