Enjoy our newly renovated home in Belmont Heights (Long Beach)! 2 Bed/2 Bath bungalow - sleeps 4, 500 yds from the amazing Long Beach bike & walking boardwalk! Park the car & walk to everything you need - groceries, restaurants, bars, kite-surfing, paddle boarding, swim, bike, run activities & much more. Bicycle down the famous Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) to Newport and beyond! Less than 30 min to LAX, Disneyland, VELO Sports Center Velodrome, many LA tourist activities & so much more!

Perhaps the best stay this summer. Comfortable house, well furnished kitchen, comfortable beds. Great showers and bath amenities. We enjoyed the private driveway parking and easy access within Long Beach.

Perfect for work or pleasure!

We didn’t like any of the properties offered in the hotel block for our conference so we searched for something nearby. This was the perfect place for us to get away from work in the evenings and to have some quiet. Very convenient to the convention center as well as many shops, restaurants, and the beach. The unit is fully updated and decorated beautifully. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful beach charmer!

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay, just the right size, beautifully appointed and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and utensils so we could cook and we were minutes away from fantastic and delicious restaurants. It was hard to leave this oasis!

Great Stay in an Amazing Location!We had a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and with no unexpected surprises. The location was a real highlight for us. There were so many shops, restaurants, and even the beach all within walking distance. Since we don’t live in an area where walking to places is practical, we found ourselves getting a bit envious of how convenient everything was here! Would definitely stay again.

Family Gathering

We needed a house with 2 bedroom & 2 bathrooms. This house filled the bill & was just 4 blocks from my brother's house. The house is compact, very clean with a full kitchen and lots of nice windows and the beds are comfortable. It is in a nice neighborhood with many walkers. We walked to/from my brother's house every day & found all of the people we encountered to be friendly.

House worked out great. Close to all 2nd St shops/restaurants and beach. Clean. Fixed heating controls and thermostat a pain to deal with. TV furniture extremely uncomfortable. Beds great. Kitchen fine.

Great each time!

This week was our second stay and everything was perfect once again. The easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and family drove our initial choice of this property and it far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is outfitted and supplied for gourmet cooking. It is just as it appears in the listing and it has a very warm stylish and comfortable vibe. Communication with the property manager is timely, comfortable and satisfying. We can't recommend this property any more highly and we hope to return for a 3rd visit in the not too distant future.

Perfectly located!

Best location in our opinion, in Long Beach. Went to a wedding at the Long Beach Museum of Art (aka Claire’s). Convenient to the venue & to Belmont Shore. Perfect size for us. Would definitely stay again. Maybe next summer to get out of the desert heat.

Lovely home

This beautiful home was the perfect place to come home and relax after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. It’s located in a great neighborhood and was peaceful and comfortable place to spend the week! The host was wonderful and very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Truly the perfect vacation spot near the beach!

Our stay

Our stay was wonderful - comfy cozy! We had everything we needed. Only suggestion- need screens on windows we opened windows to let in fresh air but the flies invaded us. And a full length mirror in the Queen bedroom needs a full length mirror

Perfect location, wonderful house, welcoming host

My family and I couldn't have been happier with our stay. It's a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood close to everything. The house was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. And communication with the host was fast and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!
