First floor features 1 bedroom, 1 washroom, full kitchen, living area and laundry. Second floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite.
There are a total of 6 queen size beds, and a desk with a chair in each room.
Easy parking for three cars.

Nice and comfortable house

Very clean house with a lot of space and enough beds for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. 20 minutes from Niagara, in a quiet neighbourhood. Happy with the stay.

Excellent for a large family group. All Queen beds were helpful and four bathrooms plus one bedroom on the ground floor was excellent. Very well equipped.

Very good for the price

We were in Canada for a cousins family reunion. We needed enough room for 4 cousins and my 92 year old father. House was decently clean. The home could use some decor here and there and maybe some night stands in the bedrooms, but if that doesn’t make or break your trip, this house is great for the price.

The property was exactly what we needed for our group of 7. A short drive to Niagara and not too far to Toronto. Like other commenters, the bedrooms were furnished sparingly and would recommend adding side tables and lamps, especially for those guests who wear glasses. That way we don't have to walk blindly around the rooms. An information page would also be helpful-clean up expectations, where outside garbage cans are, etc. We also arrived to food already in the house, which we've never come across. We left it alone and purchased our own. Overall, a beautiful house and great stay.

Perfect house for getaway weekend

Our group really enjoyed the spacious home that had everything in it that we needed. Close to everything we were doing. Highly recommended for couples or large group of adults.

Wedding Weekend

I couldn't believe the size of the bedrooms! Having 4 bathrooms was just wonderful! I do agree with most of the current reviews of this rental when they suggest a night table and perhaps dresser drawers for each of the bedrooms. A place to put your your clothing. We had a great weekend and the rental was perfect for our needs.

Good place for large group

Overall the place was great. The lack of some furnishings and amenities left something to the imagination but overall we were quite happy with our stay.

Clean and spacious

This property was very nice. It was very clean and plenty of room for the 8 of us. We were visiting Niagara Falls and it was very easy to get there from this location. Very easy to find and the owner was very responsive to my questions. My one suggestion would be to inquire about what pots/pans/etc that they have for what you plan to cook, there were some things we expected to be there that weren't, but at no fault of the owner, we didn't ask. Very pleased with our stay!

Great stay in Welland

I recently stayed at this wonderful new home in Welland, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat. The property features a large, well-appointed kitchen that's perfect for cooking and entertaining, and the generously sized bedrooms provide ample space for extended family gatherings. Its proximity to Niagara Falls makes it a great base for day trips to the falls and surrounding attractions. Overall, it's an excellent value for the space and amenities offered.

Great for families

The layout of the house worked perfectly for our extended family. House was clean and well equipped. The only negative remarks are that it was closer to the train than we were expecting, and we were unaware that there was a basement unit.

Relatives Wedding

The house was very clean and well furnished. The accommodations of 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms were great for our families as we were in town for a family wedding. We would recommend this house if you need accommodations in the Welland area.

OK, but...

Building and location were good, no problems there. Sparsely furnished- no bedside tables, no chest of drawers, not much besides essentials. Most units I have rented in the last 15 years (incl. Home Away) were better furnished. Linens and towels OK, but no facecloths at all. Kitchen was not used much, minimally equipped, but reasonably equipped- but there were only 2 wine glasses, with 8 adults there. Improvements needed!

Great rental in Welland Ontario

Great clean 5 bedroom. Stayed here with my wife and 2 of kids and their families (8 total). Lots of room for all and everyone had their own bathrooms. Communication was quick, helpful and friendly. Thanks again for a great family reunion.

Great, big house

We stayed with part of our basketball team and it was perfect. Living area and rooms are spacious. Appreciated the shampoo and conditioner and soft toilet paper. Lots of parking soace. Owner was easy to get a hold of. Only suggestions would be to get a cutting board as a bit of art for the walls.
