Escape to the charming city of Welland ,enjoy a peaceful getaway at our cozy canal-side retreat in the New Empire Canal Community with a spectacular view of boats and ships passing on the Canal, just 20 minutes drive to Niagara Falls and 45 min to Buffalo NY.



4BR, 2.5 bath Single Family House in Niagara Falls Area situated in Welland, in the Niagara Falls area. This property offers access to  a Gazebo, Sun lounger, BBQ grill and Outdoor furniture, a fire pit , a fenced outdoor seating area in the back, free private parking and free WiFi. The spacious bedrooms come with a smart TV in each room, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and fireplace , a 75 in flat-screen TV, an equipped open concept kitchen with a dishwasher , an oven, and a dining area . The possibilities are endless! This holiday home is non-smoking and soundproof.

Loved being able to drive to and walk along the canal. Location was central to Port Colborne and Niagara on the Lake, while close to Niagara Falls! Home was clean with a great coffee bar! Quiet neighborhood in an area that is fast growing.

Family stay

We were a party of 5 coming from both the east and west coasts to attend a funeral. Host was great at communicating, amenities were as stated and the beds were fabulously comfortable. This rental was quiet and relaxing, the perfect spot to retreat to after a couple of heavy days. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at this home was great! It was very clean and welcoming.The property was in good proximity to many local sights including Niagara Falls, which made sightseeing a breeze! I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!

This was a beautiful, modern home. The main bedroom suite was huge with a very comfortable King bed, a large closet, and the bathroom had a big shower. The other two bedrooms were perfect size with comfortable beds for my teens. The backyard patio was a lovely touch and I wish we had more time to enjoy it. We would love to stay here again.

Great Niagara Area Trip

This property is great and located in a brand new housing development. Our hosts were fantastic and accommodated all of our requests and needs. The area is located close enough to the Niagara Falls attractions, yet far enough from all the hustle and bustle. Don’t let a little dust from the construction in the area scare you away. This property is a great value, a true hidden gem.

Perfect for our family of 7

We were in the area for my nephew’s wedding and visits to Niagara. This home was perfect for us. Everyone knew from the moment we stepped in the door that the cleanliness and the upkeep of the property was a perfect fit. It was very welcoming just from the start. We enjoy movies on the TV, cooking in the kitchen, the supply of water bottles from the game, the fun, hard candies when we walked in the door. And most importantly, a private bedroom for my wife and I and plenty of beds for our five kids. We had dinner in Port Colborne one night and an easy drive to Niagara the next day. Lovely stay. Only downside is the gas grill was not fully put together and I had planned to grill one night. But still a 5 star experience. Thanks!

We thought this home was the perfect place for our stay while we were visiting Canada. This was a family trip. We wanted to see Niagara Falls mostly. Wellborn was about 30 minutes away from Niagara which was perfect because we weren't around all of the hustle and bustle. The beds were super super comfortable. I think kitchen had really everything we needed maybe just a few small things could be added but that wasn't a problem to us at all. Communication with the owner was just perfect she would answer very quickly on everything. Definitely would recommend this place if you are staying in Canada and want to visit Niagara or other points of interest nearby. Plus we got to enjoy somethings right there in the Welland area. Also need to add that we loved the outdoor gazebo. It was better in the morning since it got so hot later on in the day. But there were a couple days that were cooler and it was so nice to sit out there. Maybe we'll be back again someday never know.

Located in a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It has plenty of space for a family, 5mins walk to Welland International Flatwater center for rowing, swimming, paddling and a host of water sports events. Niagara Falls is a short drive away. Close to Brock University, Niagara College, several walking trails and even a view of cruise ships on the Welland Canal. 10mins drive to Port Colborne tourist center. Overall a serene place to relax after a day of hectic activity, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
