Welcome to "ONE FISH, TWO FISH"! This lovely beachfront home is in the Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island. Boasting three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private pool it is tastefully decorated in coastal decor. The exterior features a wide variety of amenities that makes it the perfect vacation home. There is a private pool with a beach chair/walk-in shelf/splash area that's perfect for the kids and elderly alike, making it easy access into the cool waters. A screened-in outdoor summer kitchen and entertainment space is located underneath, full sized refrigerator, microwave, farm style stainless sink, built-in gas grill and a convenient half bathroom. Your private boardwalk to the beach invites you to take in the coastal scenery. A hot/cold outdoor shower welcomes you to rinse off the sand from playing on the beach all day. The interior offers a single level, open floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen areas overlooking the white sands and sparking blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico through large windows and sliding glass doors. The living area features a large sectional couch for relaxing and a TV. The dining area features a large wooden table with seating for 9 guests. The kitchen features a butcher block island, ship lap ceiling, quartz counters, stainless appliances and is fully stocked with all you'll need for preparing delicious meals. A stack washer and dryer is located in the hallway between the king bedroom and bunk room. The master suite features a king bed, TV, pack-n-play for the little ones, direct access to the deck and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in tile shower. The West bedroom features a king bed with mounted TV and direct access to the Gulf front deck. The bunk room features a double bunk bed (2 doubles) with trundle (1 twin). A shared bathroom is located between the king bedroom and bunk room and features a standard shower/tub combo. Enjoy comfortable �Sleep Number� adjustable king-sized beds during your stay for a wonderful night�s sleep, as you listen to the peaceful sounds of the ocean!
