Located moments from downtown Chatham, this charming condo fulfills your vacation checklist with direct private beach access and proximity to the vibrant offerings of Main Street.

The first floor unveils an open living plan featuring a family room, dining room, kitchen, and a recently renovated full bathroom with a shower, along with the convenience of a washer/dryer. Step through a sliding glass door from the dining area to an outdoor haven with a gas grill and a table for al fresco dining.

Ascend to the second floor to find two spacious, sun-soaked bedrooms adorned with high, airy ceilings. The primary bedroom, complete with a queen bed and a dedicated workspace for remote endeavors, opens to a deck with sweeping views of the water and the Outermost Harbor Marina. Savor a beverage at the high-top table (seats 4) or unwind in one of the 2 loungers while relishing the picturesque sunrise or sunset. The second bedroom features a full over full bunk-bed with a twin trundle bed and offers both water views and a charming vista of the Chatham Lighthouse.

Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. Parking strictly limited to two cars (overage could be subject to being towed at car owners expense). An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located on a wonderful beach and has a 5-star location. The house itself is newly renovated and spacious. That said, it is advertised as "sleeps 6" but it only has three beds (and three blankets!) and a pull-out in the same room as the bunk bed (but no blanket available). The bathrooms are nice and spacious. The kitchen is okay but lacks a number of "Cape Cod essentials" such as a large pot (for lobster or corn), an oyster knife, wine glasses, etc. It also has no beach equipment (no beach chairs), and the gas was empty for the BBQ. Furthermore, the heating was broken (it turned burning hot when turning it on). We would come back given the excellent location, but I think it would be great to have a pull-out couch on the first floor, more blankets and pillows, and a better-equipped kitchen and beach utilities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was very nice. We have stayed at this location in the past when it was owned by someone else. The new owners have not equipped the kitchen adequately unless you are staying as a single person or wash glasses after every meal. The place was filthy upon arrival but the rental service addressed the issue quickly but we had to wait a couple hour before we could get in the unit. Glad we had not purchased any perishable food. Makes you wonder how thoroughly cleaned it was. I do not care for the hardwood floors as they always feel gritty no matter how often you sweep or vacuum. There is a total lack of reading lamps, just harsh overhead lighting. Probably will find something else next time for an easily equivalent amount of money.
