Great Location!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

The house is located on a wonderful beach and has a 5-star location. The house itself is newly renovated and spacious. That said, it is advertised as "sleeps 6" but it only has three beds (and three blankets!) and a pull-out in the same room as the bunk bed (but no blanket available). The bathrooms are nice and spacious. The kitchen is okay but lacks a number of "Cape Cod essentials" such as a large pot (for lobster or corn), an oyster knife, wine glasses, etc. It also has no beach equipment (no beach chairs), and the gas was empty for the BBQ. Furthermore, the heating was broken (it turned burning hot when turning it on). We would come back given the excellent location, but I think it would be great to have a pull-out couch on the first floor, more blankets and pillows, and a better-equipped kitchen and beach utilities.
