Cynthia, you found the house clean and roomy enough for a big family, and that still added up to a four out of ten, so something clearly missed the mark and I want to know what it was. Nothing in the review tells me, so here is what I can do from my end: I am walking that house myself before the next arrival, top to bottom, not just a cleaning check. Write or call me with the details and I will fix the actual problem. Big groups come back here for the space and the quiet, and I would like the chance to get it right for yours. Father Son Golf Outing

House was a great location to a number of golf courses. Was a super fit for 5 adults providing areas for get togethers and space for time to yourself. Was a great stay. Thank you.

Listen, I want to start with for the most part, this house was lovely. What sold me was the fact they had king beds in all the rooms, bunk room for the kids, nice layout and amenities/cookware in the kitchen. But I feel it was combo or the management company and lack of upkeep from them or the owners. So, I’m just going to bullet my issues as we experienced the:*ran out of toilet paper and paper towels on the FIRST night because they barely gave us a quarter roll of everything with no backups. I’m used to going and buying extra when needed, but I felt this was ridiculous to not even start you with a full roll.* the GFCI breaker kept tripping downstairs, and the lights wouldn’t stay on/making it hard to enjoy the game room… but a lot of the games had issues with anyway (broken parts).* ceiling fan in the bunk room would only stay on if the two other overhead lights were on.* the large umbrella was completely broken outside, which was the only form of shade on the patio* the Blackstone was completely rusted over, and the grill wasn’t much better.I will say that the management company was responsive. Every time I reached out to point out an issue we were having, but the only thing that they ever did was bring us extra toilet paper the next day after I told them we didn’t need any since we went out and bought some at 9:30 the night before. This place has a lot of potential but definitely needs to address some things before the next stay.

Accommodating Home

This home with 3 king masters and a bunk room was ideal for couples with kids and young couples with no kids to have king rooms. The set up of the bedrooms was the key to our rental. The reason I gave a 3 for cleanliness was 2 of the showers drained extremely slow, and while Cozi management responded there was a mix up getting Maintance out to fix during our stay. We communicated after the visit and management was extremely apologetic. While it was a little frustrating during the stay; the entire home was very comfortable and our extended family truly enjoyed the home. Great location on the canal and close to gas stations, shops and downtown Marble Falls.

Extremely dangerous front entry

The front entry stairs have broken tiles that fall off as you step on them They NEED to be taken off This is the only way to enter & exit the home from front driveway for unloading & loading cars The dishwasher was full off dishes only 3 towels No handtowels for 9 ladies Only 1 Toliet paper for each bath only 1 roll paper towels

Blair, loose tiles giving way underfoot on the only stairs you had for loading and unloading cars is not something you should have had to work around. The broken tiles have been pulled and the treads are being redone this week. The dirty dishwasher and the linen shortfall are on us as well: nine guests, three towels, no hand towels, one roll in each bath. Stocking counts at the property are now set by the number of guests on the booking, hand towels included, and the departure check has the dishwasher and paper goods as sign-off items. Bring the group back and let me get it right for you. Whenever you are ready for the next trip, 10% off is waiting for you as a returning guest. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.
