El Boardwalk Beach Resort es una de las propiedades más deseadas en Panama City Beach. Este lujoso complejo de condominios de alta gama cuenta con la playa privada más grande de la zona y una amplia gama de servicios inigualables. Su ubicación equilibra una combinación ideal de estar fuera del circuito turístico habitual pero a la vez situado para que pueda acceder fácilmente a todas las atracciones locales. Se enorgullece de estar flanqueado por las magníficas playas del Golfo y blancas como el azúcar por un lado y un impresionante campo de golf de 18 hoyos por el otro lado.

Nuestro lujoso condominio está idealmente ubicado en el 4to piso. Ha sido elegantemente decorado con un divertido tema de playa y amueblado con todo lo que necesitarías si estuvieras en casa. El suelo de baldosas hace que la vida en la playa y la limpieza sean muy sencillas. Hay una sala de lavandería separada y un área de comedor con capacidad para 8.

Relájese y disfrute de las vistas a la playa desde nuestra habitación familiar (las puestas de sol son preciosas y desde el cuarto piso realmente se pueden escuchar las olas). El sofá de la sala familiar se convierte en una cama de tamaño completo. Algunas otras comodidades incluyen un nuevo televisor inteligente de pantalla plana, Wi-Fi privado gratuito, reproductor de DVD y juegos de mesa.

Con una vista completa del Golfo, el dormitorio principal es para morirse y tiene acceso privado al balcón. Cama king size, ventilador de techo, un nuevo televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de alta definición, un baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha separada, un hermoso tocador de mármol con doble lavabo, una canasta de lavandería y 2 armarios. Duerma en el cielo con nuestro colchón de espuma de memoria de gel, nunca querrá irse.

La segunda habitación está bellamente decorada con una cama queen size, ventilador de techo, TV de pantalla plana inteligente de alta definición y acceso directo al segundo baño. ¡Los huéspedes disfrutarán del colchón de espuma viscoelástica y la decoración alegre!

La sala de literas es perfecta para los más pequeños. Cuenta con 2 camas individuales y una cómoda completa.

Prepare comidas en nuestra espaciosa cocina totalmente equipada. Incluye lavavajillas, estufa, microondas, refrigerador, licuadora, tostadora y cafetera. Realmente es un hogar lejos del hogar.

Acceda al amplio balcón con cómodos asientos desde la sala familiar y el dormitorio principal y disfrute de su café matutino y sus bebidas nocturnas mientras disfruta de la espectacular vista del golfo verde esmeralda.

Por último, para su disfrute, hemos agregado 4 sillas de playa, 1 sombrilla, un altavoz azul I Home Speaker, humidificador, un paquete y una estación de carga USB.

Nice stay

Condo was spacious, clean, and in a great location. Was not very busy either. Bring hand soap as there were none in the bathrooms or kitchen. Would stay again!

Gorgeous

We have been traveling to Panama City for fifteen years. Boardwalk is one of my favorite accommodations. I loved the colors in the condo we stayed and being on the fourth floor was a plus. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Exactly as listed. Lovely condo, great view, attentive host.

Everything was seamless dealing with Dannette. The condo was very comfortable. The beach is beautiful. If you like to walk you can walk an hour in either direction and not run out of white sand. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous week in PCB

The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a minor maintenance issue, but Dannette responded very quickly to get it fixed. I would highly recommend this unit and would love to stay here again!!

Wish we’d have stayed longer!

This was our first time being snowbirds and only booked for 4 weeks. Those weeks flew by and next year we’ll stay longer. Beautiful views, well kept and secure facilities, very comfy king bed, and we were the only folks in the pool whose feet weren’t black! The tile floors were so clean.

Vacation

Had a great time . Condo itself very nice. Master and Queen beds super comfortable. The smaller twin bunks not very comfortable but to be expected with bunk beds. Only disappointment is that we had to rent beach chairs with umbrellas whereas at other condos we have stayed at they came with the condo rental. Overall, we had a great time and would go back.

This condo was beautiful. Right on the beach, perfect floor to hear the waves. The pool was nice.

I will for sure come back and rent this condo. Thank you so much for such a nice building and room to enjoy our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us. The only thing I would say say that was a little odd was we had to buy a parking pass for our daughter cause they only give 2 but when we all meet here for vacation there are going to be more drivers. Over all this place was amazing. We will be back. Thank you

Unit was nice, great location!

Owner stayed in touch throughout, except when I had a need for the second parking pass. Had to pay for the Security Gate to get a second pass, which should have been in the condo, as we had pre-arranged that we were bringing two cars.

Fun place!

This property was in a good location and we really enjoyed the pools! The only complaint I have is the light in the kitchen didn't work so it was rather dark. When we alerted the property owner she referred us to the housekeeper instead of handing it herself. No one ever came to fix it during our stay.

Another nice stay at boardwalk

We have stayed at Boardwalk many times over the last 17 years. We enjoy the beach, pool area, tiki bar and the location. Our unit was in good condition and we did like being on the 4th floor rather than one of the higher floor units. The building itself could use a more thorough cleaning from time to time. In the early years they seemed to always be cleaning the shared spaces, not so much anymore. I’m sure we will return again in the near future.

Great stay, perfect location.

We stayed 28 nights, including Bike Week. We might have avoided Bike Week had we known, but it was still an amazing experience to witness. Property is clean, lots of security at the gate and pool areas. (Maybe too many rules, but I'm sure they're there for a reason), they didn't impede our day. Beach is beautiful and steps away. Our condo was clean, lots of room and stocked with anything you need to do all your own cooking. We would definitely return. The location is on the east end of PCB, too far to walk to Pier Park, but lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Boardwalk Vaca 2023

Vacation was super nice...This condo was clean and very well kept. Multiple elevators so easy access. Condo is very spacious, lots of kitchen utensils and cookware. master bedroom was nice with good mattress. Second bedroom in my opinion needs a new mattress. For the price you pay for this condo you would think beds would have nice mattresses. Pool area is amazing, does have security precents, but is amazing !! All-n-All it is a nice place to vacation, would recommend!!!

Great place

We always stay at the Boardwalk when we come to PC Beach. Love this place. Love the layout of this condo. Highly recommend it. However bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. There was 3 or 4 beach chairs but they were rusted and very cheap chairs. The umbrella was rusted and broke. You never know if the guy will be renting chairs on the beach this time of year. He was there one day and not the next. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed this condo. Will definitely be back!!

Family getaway

The walk to the beach was short. The pool temp was perfect. Parking was a breeze compared to other condos we’ve stayed at. The condo had most of the things we needed. The food and drink at the bar was delicious but pricey. The “pool security” could be harsh about certain rules at times but it depended on who was working. Elevators were fast. I wish the cleaning company that was used could have cleaned a little better before we got there. There was a lot of dust. Overall it was pretty nice

Great time in PCB!

Great unit! The refrigerator's filter needs replaced... And the only real problem we had was having our parking pass blow out of our vehicle on a very windy day! A new pass would have been expensive. That's ridiculous, since I paid for it once! You need to record the vehicles license plates and verify that way!!! Thanks, Craig Hughes

The property is in a good location close to a Wal-mart and Pineapple Willys. When I was prompted to pay the rest of the room rent online, it said something about construction going on. I asked the owner and he said there was some painting going on and shouldnt effect us. Well, at 8 am every morning the painting crew would start grinding on the building to prep for the paint. On our way there the property liaison said we could check in early. When we got there the check in wasn’t where all the other check-in‘s take place and we called her back and she gave us a number to access the door. We didn’t know that’s what we are supposed to do unless I missed it somewhere . We never did get a password for the Wi-Fi after asking the property liaison for it she never got back with us. There were at were several black hairs in the king bed that we had in the master bedroom sheets . There was dried urine around one of the bathroom toilets when we got there that was easily visible. Overall it’s a nice location and fairly nice condo. The cleaning could be better and communication could be much better .

Girls Trip in Heaven

We stayed for a weekend girls trip and LOVED not only the unit but the entire property. The onsite security made us feel incredibly safe and the Tiki Bar and chair service made our visit so easy. I highly recommend this property. The unit is beautiful and the beds were comfy, made for a great night sleep after a day in the sun. I will be coming back hopefully with my family the kids would love the play area and infinity pool.

Our family has owned a beach condo in PCB, FL for over 21 years. Our first beach condo is right down the street at the Grande Surf Club. (You can check it out on VRBO, the listing number is 263749.) It's a luxury 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Unit with a total of 2300 square feet. It's well equipped for a family of 12 and our 5 Star reviews speak for themselves. That complex is a small family friendly complex in a very intimate and claim setting. We LOVED it so much we decided to purchase another one right down the street!

This condo is in a more "lively" building with 2 hot tubs, restaurants, golfing, kiddie pool. . . you name it. It's still in our favorite part of PCB and close to our 1st unit, but offers a TON more amenities. Plus it's on the 4th floor!
