The Space:

Enjoy all the upgrades at Braemar Towers 1006 on 131st St. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo includes new flooring, fresh paint, new moldings, a new washer/dryer, and more. Perfect for the vacationing family, this property is well-equipped and feels like home. Sit back and relax in your open-concept living area with flatscreen TV, or step outside onto your south-facing balcony with partial views of the ocean and bay. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and generous counter space for easy meal prep. Additional amenities include free WiFi, bedroom TVs, three DVD players, central AC, and a stereo. There is reserved parking for one car, plus a shared outdoor pool, tennis, fitness center, and more. Head downstairs to access the quiet, uncrowded beaches of North Ocean City, just steps away. Catch some rays on the private sundeck, swim laps in the outdoor pool, challenge your partner to a few sets of tennis, show off your skills in the game room, or hit the fully-equipped fitness room for a workout. And after all of that, you will definitely want to relax in the sauna!



This property is conveniently located close to numerous restaurants and points of interest, such as Northside Park on 126th St, which is home to beautiful walking paths, a bayfront fishing and crabbing pier, a playground and picnic area, and fun events throughout the year. Braemar Towers is also just a short drive or bus ride from Ocean City's Boardwalk and downtown area on the south end of the island.

A $75 fee for building use and vehicle registration is paid on-site and due upon arrival.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This was our second time at this property & it fits every need from clean & comfortable! It’s has a great view of the ocean, you can even hear the ocean waves. It is close to everything you would need to keep the family entertained!

Great views and a comfortable layout for a family vacation.

Braemar has a nice pool and tennis plus plenty of public street parking if you have more than 1 vehicle. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and bay.

Awesome Spot

Updated, clean, and extras (tennis rackets, working ice maker, frother, etc.) Updated appliances and redone floors and bathrooms make this one of the better units in the Braemar (which we love). Beachfront, Pool, ample parking, what's not to like it. 10/10 would stay again!

Beautiful condo in Uptown !!!

This has to be our family's favorite place that we have ever rented. Location is perfect and offers a view that delivers more than just waterfront. You can watch fireworks on Sunday nights right from the balcony as Northside Park is right across the way. Easy access to beach and easy available parking.

Perfect size for My family of five gorgeous view of the beach and the Bayside. Easy walk to the beach the house is clean . Plenty of towels, Sheets, pillows, blankets. We had the absolute best time! Would definitely recommend this house to friends

Relaxation!

Property was very clean, beach lockers were very ideal allowing us to leave everything downstairs vs having to carry sandy chairs, toys, boogie boards back into the room. The pool was clean, and so fun! I wouldn’t change a thing!

loved the decor. it was very clean and updated. well stocked kitchen (pots/pans, etc). this unit was the prettiest unit we have stayed in while in Ocean City. The beds in the second bedroom not quite as nice as the one in the master bedroom.

A lovely week

2nd year in this unit, and it is lovely. Very clean, well updated and maintained. After hanging on the beach or in the pool you walk back into this unit and relax. Also, the building has great amenities. The weather was awesome, but even if it wasn’t, the owners provide lots of board games and cards.
