Awesome location, beautiful home, and perfect for our group. We skied 6 days at Apex and came home to relax each evening. Kitchen well stocked for making family-style meals. Would definitely stay again!

We booked the property for our first visit back to the Penticton in 12 years. We found the home to be excellent! It was very well kept and very clean. At first we were not sure about the multi levels (having some children under 3) but it turned out to be great. The kids were able to play on their own and the adults could have some quiet time on the top level when needed. :) The property is with walking distance of everything you would need for a stay. This was our first experience using VRBO and the property managers made it a very good one. Communication was great throughout and we were made to feel very comfortable in the process. Would easily recommend to others looking for a great place to stay run by great people! Thanks for a wonderful time.

We had an amazing time! The place is so well laid out that there always space for everyone to congregate but also space for people to sit quietly and the roof top deck was the absolute highlight! We spent most of our time up there. The whole place was well stocked and pristine! The best VRBO I’ve ever seen! The location is also a real plus - we walked to the beaches and multiple restaurants easily.

7 nights with multiple families

This house looks even better in person. We had a group of kids from the age of 4 to 12 and seniors. The house was able to accommodate all of their needs easily and made our vacation so much more enjoyable. There is a beautiful green space outside where the kids set up soccer games and played. The location was an easy walk to the beach and nightly ice cream walks were a breeze. All the appliances, furniture, plates, glasses etc were super nice and the topic of conversation at every meal. The communication with the host couldn’t have been better. I absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back every summer!

Beautiful and well appointed home. We came for the Okanagan Fondo and it was a perfect place to stay and then enjoy a week in this area for cycling. The kitchen was terrific with fabulous appliances and we prepared delicious meals with our friends. We slept well and would definitely come back next year. Great communication with Chris! Thank you

Exceeded Expectations — A Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful townhome! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal—close to amenities, restaurants, and just a short walk to the lake. You can tell the owners really care about the guest experience. We loved our time here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Accessibility success

My youngest grandson is in a wheelchair (12 years old). This unit with the elevator made our stay completely accessible and took away a lot of stress. The bedrooms are tight for a wheelchair, but we were able to make it work. We brought a portable bath chair but that was tricky given the slope of the tub and that the shower is behind the bathroom door. The unit is well stocked and very quiet. We really enjoyed it,

We really enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse is big, bright, and immaculately clean. The rooftop deck is awesome and everything is within a 20 minute walk. We will be visiting again, thanks Chris!

Designer decorated home.

The pictures of the property don’t even do justice to the beautifully decorated home. We loved everything from the upscale dishes to the furniture and decor to the perfect rooftop patio. The kitchen has everything you need including upscale appliances to cook and serve for a family. We would love to stay here again.

U17 Prep CSSHL Western Championship week

The stay was excellent and great location. They did say they had hairdryers at the house, but they had zero. I'm glad my wife decided to bring hers. The reason to bring this up is it was listed as an item they provide in the write up.

Church reunion

Our family of 7 stayed at Riverside for 7 days, skiing and meeting with our other family in Penticton. The unit is perfect for a family. Well furnished and appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were so clean and fresh. Highly recommend a stay.

Wonderful property

3 couples on a 5 night stay to taste wine and golf. House was immaculate and better equipped than we expected. Host was responsive to our needs and quick to respond to our questions. Easy walk to a great butcher, bakery and green grocer. Would stay again.

Chris's VRBO in Penticton was fantastic. The place was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Chris was an amazing host, always helpful and responsive. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attraction.I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Penticton!

Family Vacation!

The place is absolutely beautiful as described! A contemporary open floor plan design with a luxurious interior feel!  We're 3 families with kids and the place was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and everything else you needed! Chris was amazing in quick responses to our few inquiries and the only thing we can think of is a food caddy for the elevator to the rooftop patio BBQ. I would highly recommend this 5 star place as it is close to everything!

The location was excellent and really enjoyed the roof top patio. Only thing that would have been nice was some fans as it was hard for air conditioning to keep up in the extreme heat. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful inside features!

Very modern interior. Excellent appliances. Hide a bed in study, was not in an enclosed area. Difficult to use as an extra bed. No privacy.
