QO is located in Lagos on the Western Algarve, Portugal. Regarded as one of the finest Quintas within the region the property could be best described as an eclectic mix of Portuguese elegance and ‘old school’ glam. Nestled in the hills of Calicas and overlooking the historical city centre and the Atlantic Ocean (the property is a 3 minute drive to the beach), QO offers the perfect secret escape for those that just want to kick back, relax and enjoy…
QO can accommodate up to 14 guests with a number of additional beds available to accommodate various sleeping configurations. The property has four bedrooms on the first floor - 2 ensuite (2 additional fold up beds available) and a 2 bedroom family suite (with a sofa bed) and shared bathroom. All have remote eco ceiling fans and remote smart cooling towers. The air con cinema room is also located on the first floor. To the ground level there is a large 2 bedroom self contained apartment with 2 bathrooms. Air con units in the bedrooms. The living room has 2 double sofa beds and 2 fold up beds.
The villa sits in 2.5 acres of beautiful grounds dotted with palm trees. Within the grounds there is a tennis/pickle ball and four hole putting green. There is a pool side bar that can seat up to 8. Additional fun activities include a pool and table tennis table.

Maid services are normally on Mondays and Thursdays between 8.30am - 1.00pm - subject to check in day. Towels changed twice a week and linen once a week. Extra services available at additional cost upon request.
Cleaning fee £600 per week (check in/check out and mid stay clean
Pool heating (if required) charged at €/£700 per week.

Hi there - I'm TJ owner of villa QO. I've been coming to Lagos for almost 30 years. It is without doubt one of the most beautiful parts of Europe. As well as hosting guests holidays we run an entertainment and film production company offering film production services. My wife and I have been involved in the entertainment industry all our lives. My wife Shiloh is a professional dancer, model and choreographer. I'm a professional actor and producer under the name TJ Herbert.

Over the years I have seen Lagos transform from a small fishing into a thriving, cosmopolitan city with a state of the art marina. It offers a diverse range of activities and cuisine which will not disappoint even the most discerning traveller.

Large country mansion on its own private estate surrounded by 2.5 acres of tropical grounds. Interior designed by the owners offers a playful mix of colour and grandeur. The property which sleeps up to 16 guests, is completely secluded yet only 3 minutes drive from the beach, marina and old town.
You will not find another property like this in the Western Algarve. It is both unique and luxurious.
