Yacht Club Villas #3-705 Breathtaking Views!

The Barefoot Resort Yacht Club Villa #3-705 is a beautifully decorated, spacious 3BR condo located in a luxurious high rise building overlooking the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. You can sit on the oversized balconies and watch the boats go by or enjoy the fireworks show at Barefoot Landing in the summer. This property has been recently updated and has been freshly painted for the 2023 Season. All the beds have been replaced and the living room has all new furniture. The primary bedroom suite has a King size bed and large bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two Queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom also has two Queen size beds. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are very spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a breakfast bar that also overlooks the living and dining areas.

Barefoot Resort has one of the largest pools in South Carolina and it is located right beside the Yacht Club Villas. The beach is less than 3 minutes away & beach access all along Ocean Blvd. If you want to drive yourself, there is beach parking nearby or you can take the free shuttle that runs every hour in the Summer Season. Ask us for more details.

There are four championship golf courses in Barefoot Resort along with a gorgeous clubhouse where you can enjoy lunch or a cocktail after playing 18 holes. Golf at the Norman, Dye, Love or Fazio Course or one of the many other courses in the area.

Across the Waterway is the popular Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment such as the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues and much more. Take a nice stroll around and have a drink at Lulu's or a craft beer at Crooked Hammock. Have a nice dinner overlooking the Waterway at Greg Norman's Australian Grille or some seafood at Flying Fish! There is so much to see and do here!

Wonderful views!

We so enjoyed our stay here! The place was perfect for our family and a close location to anything you want or need. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony! Would definitely stay again :)

As for our unit, the furnishings were good and beds comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms could use some upgrade as appliances are old. Plenty of glasses and dishes too. Missing hot pads and kitchen scissors. May seem picky however we did do a lot of cooking for our group.I definitely would stay here again and recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is very large and in a very nice location. They have updated the paint and furniture and it is very clean and nice. The only thing they could focus on are some very minor tweaks like some chairs and bathroom fixtures were loose and just need a little tightening. The appliances could use an update as well. Our dated dishwasher leaked a little one night. Other than that, you can't go wrong with this place.

Good but not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was positive. The location overlooking Barefoot was nice and our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Even for the Memorial Day weekend it did not feel overcrowded. The DJ and the security on site were great.The property is heavily used and the building and unit we stayed in was very dated. The kitchen is poorly equipped and most if not all of the cooking utensils. cookware should be replaced. I also think that for the rental fees charged the unit should have more than a few dishwasher detergents, 1 paper towel etc. The towels were very poor quality but the quantity was sufficient. The furniture throughout the unit was very good and the beds comfortable.Overall a lot of pluses but if you could address some of the issues it could be fine unit to rent.We were concerned when we saw the building surrounded by scaffolding. it looks like there's probably a problem with the building either roof or stucco siding that is being addressed. We would have liked to have been made aware of this in advance.

Amazing views

This unit has some amazing views. Great location to watch fireworks from Barefoot Landing. Quiet location. TV’s and cable are ok . And Wi-Fi is the only BAD rating I would give the unit. It was actually awful!!
