This remarkable 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanview condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and boasts an INCREDIBLE CORNER view of the ocean from the living room. Nestled in a serene and private resort in North Myrtle, this condo offers a King Size bed in the main bedroom with a mesmerizing ocean view, a King bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 additional beds in the 3rd bedroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Get ready to relax in the Master Baths jetted-jacuzzi tub! The 8th-floor location provides breathtaking views, complemented by a private balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, and all bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with HDTVs. For your convenience, there's a washer and dryer within this beautiful condo, and, of course, complimentary WIFI!

Situated in North Myrtle Beach, this condo is an ideal choice for a tranquil family or group getaway. It offers a peaceful escape while remaining conveniently close to golf courses, dinner theaters, entertainment venues, and shopping destinations. You'll find that this condo strikes the perfect balance between accessibility and privacy.

The resort itself features an oceanfront pool deck adorned with palm trees, a lazy river, a kiddie pool, and an oceanfront hot tub for your enjoyment. Indoors, you'll also find a pool and hot tub, providing opportunities to savor ocean views even during cooler months or when seeking shade.

And the icing on the cake – FREE WIFI!

NOTE: Exterior Building Repair

Beginning the first week of November, the building is undergoing exterior repairs including pressure washing, stucco work, waterproofing, and painting. Balcony access will be restricted during the project. Guests will not be able to use their balconies. Periodically men will be dropping down from swing stages and will be present on balconies. There will be periodic noise disturbances during working hours. The outdoor pool and hot tub will be closed during this phase of work.
All balconies are included, starting on the ocean and street sides, with an expected duration of approximately two months before transitioning to other areas, anticipated completion in about six months.

The host was welcoming. But didn’t know the balcony was closed off due to it being under construction. The room had a slight odor & there was blood on one pillow. I brought it to the host attention & she offered to have someone come to replace pillow. Overall the place was nice & the host was helpful,

This was not a good experience at all! Our family has been celebrating Thanksgiving at the beach for more than 20 yrs and each time we visit we pick a different location to stay. We will not be staying at this location again. Although the condo description reads "Oceanfront Condo w/ Balcony and Pool" we weren't able to use either. This corner unit had an amazing view that we felt we couldn't really enjoy. My biggest issue is the host failed to inform us that the balcony would be locked down and that there would be noisy renovations interrupting our sleep at 8:00am every morning. The failure to communicate these things seemed blatant to me as the host reached out several times prior to us arriving offering more opportunities to spend more money, like additional nights. It would have also been helpful to know that we would have to drive 15 minutes away from the condo to pick up a key. This was also extremely annoying as we arrived at the condo before learning this. The welcome email stated breakfast was avaliable on the 6th floor, which we visited to only find out the restaurant was closed for the season. At this point we were NOT surprised. The condo could have also been cleaner. There were several dark stains on the carpet, one of the bedroom doors would not close securely, there was a pillow on the bed that smelled like urine, several light bulbs were out, the toilet sounded like a cruise ship toilet when flushed. The host never offered any remedy & frontdesk staff useless.

The view was so enjoyable and the spacious room was key. The rooms were clean and had no bad odors. We so enjoyed being on the beach!

Drove 72 Min to pick up and drop off the key cards to gain access! The check in and check out process is UNBELIEVABLY BAD! The unit is not updated and very dated. Primary king bed mattress was firm and pillows were very small. Shower heads were like fire hoses and original. Carpet in the unit is outdoor grade and has many stains and they did a job removing the carpet from the balcony. Parking was fine and pools were clean. Hot tub was hot but only two of the 6/8 jets were working out on the main pool deck. Unit was overall clean and no bugs present which was a plus. Kitchen seemed fully stocked but we didn’t use it so can’t comment. Try booking directly with Seaside as their rent units are less expensive and appear to be more updated and you won’t have to drive over an hour total to pick up and drop off room keys.

Birthday getaway

This condo was nice it’s right off of the beach . It have nice view of the ocean. The patio faces the ocean You can hear the nature sound of the ocean make you feel like peace with nature. The location is good most most of the attractions is about 15 minutes away so it’s in good driving distance. The best part for me was the peace and quiet you get to be honest I would rather stay at the condo then go to the attractions .

Everything I wanted and more!

This was my first stay at Seaside. I was in contact with Julie the whole time and she was always quick to respond. Key things about the condo, clean, so very roomy, and the view! Not to mention the rooms were solid which means when you left the room you couldn't hear people talking or walking. Nice and quiet. The balcony doors were the most solid doors I have ever had at a condo. The parking was tight, but if you take your time it's not that big of a deal. I drive a Murano so it's not little and had no issues taking my time. Below is some views from the room.

Never again-very DISAPPOINTED

1. Inconvenient key pick up/access. Had to go to remote location 16 minutes drive distance from condo to pick up/drop off access key card. 2. INCONSISTENT instructions for key card return. Email said leave 1 card in room and 1 card return to lock box. But property manager text message said to leave all keys in condo room.3. The balcony floor had disintegrated, wet“carpet” that was falling apart.4. Paper towel was NOT provided.5.No Keurig6. Everything is outdated; needs updating

Great View

PRO’s: Condo has a perfect view from many locations. Very roomy spacious, very clean and enjoyed staying here! Nice pools, lazy river and hot tubs. Close to all your all your food and shopping needs. CON’s: Having to pick a key at a different location (I’m spoiled & used to just coding into a rental). The parking garage is a disaster especially if you have a larger SUV or truck (if you have an average car it’s a none issue).Big Fish Rentals were excellent to work with, great communicators and gave very detailed instructions on check in/check out procedures.

Awesome Views!

This condo was great. We had 3 couples in our party and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very nice common areas and the ocean views are amazing! It was well equipped with needed supplies. Only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was a little noisy and we both sunk to the middle of the bed! Overall, we loved it and will look to stay here on our next trip to NMB.

Great beach condo! Loved watching a morning storm over the water from my bed. Stunning Beach views from all windows. Condo had all amenities needed for a great visit. We appreciated the parking garage right in the building since it was raining much of our stay. Spacious and very clean!

Great location. Lots of space

We enjoyed our mini vacation at this property and loved the quick access to pools, hot tub and the beach. The unit itself offers lots of space for larger families or friends traveling together. Because this is a corner unit, the balcony is exceptionally welcoming and offers an incredible view from the main living area and master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped, though a blender would be a nice addition. My only thoughts on improvements would be a new mattress for the master bedroom, and addressing the mildew in master bath.Lastly, the online payment process with property manager at times felt overly onerous and intrusive (take a picture of the credit card and license, now take a picture of you holding your credit card and license, now sign a piece of paper and photograph yourself holding it) Good lord, I've purchased much higher value items with less pushback. I can only imagine what you may have to deal with when renting out beachfront property, but this felt very over the top for a rather standard accomodation (i.e. not a luxury single family home). However, I do commend the property manager for being very responsive via text.

My vacation

New Years on Myrtle Beach is a family tradition and this condo was the perfect place. Wonderful location, immaculately clean, and with all the amenities of home.

Beautiful Beachside Condo

Beautiful condo on the beach with awesome ocean views from the 8th floor. Room was very clean, nice, and spacious for our large group. Beach access right beside the condo which was great. Has an indoor pool but was closed for maintenance during our off season stay. Close to many things to do in North Myrtle Beach. Owner provided very detailed instructions for check-in/-out process that made it smooth. Only inconvenience was that the location for keycard pickup to access the condo was at a remote site 20 minutes away, which was only disclosed right at check-in time. As long as you’re aware of this, the place itself was great and would definitely go back again.
