Blue Jay Estates - 2 Acres with Private Pool

Experience a country retreat with all of the amenities of a luxury resort. Set on a private two acre plot of land, Blue Jay Estates is the perfect place to unwind. Our recently renovated home feels bright and fresh, with comfortable bedding, great places to relax, and a fully equipped kitchen. Head outside and chill by the beautifully landscaped pool set amongst the trees. As day turns into night, catch the sunset and relax in the Muskoka chairs by our custom firepit.

Our 3000+ square foot, four bedroom home was recently renovated throughout. It features an open concept living room and kitchen with breakfast nook. The home is bright and spacious and designed for a great vacation. We love to cook and have a fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, large fridge, large standup freezer, separate pantry, microwave, and a full suite of small appliances (including a waffle maker, panini press, coffee maker with auto-timer and steel carafe, electric kettle, toaster, etc). The large kitchen island seats three. In the main dining room the country chic atmosphere brings out the conversation with a harvest table that seats 10. In the bright breakfast nook with sunrise views to the pool there is seating for six. We have cooking basics you can use; oils, vinegars, spices, and coffee. Outside you'll find a new Weber Genesis bbq, nestled under our covered wrap around veranda.

For relaxing indoors, our home features two comfortable living spaces. Adjoining the kitchen we have a great place to hang out and chat, play a game, read a book, or keep the cooks in the kitchen company with a large couch and two comfortable chairs in front of the gas fireplace. On the other side, a large yet cozy den houses a massive sectional couch with down cushions you can sink into and watch your favourite show on the 65" flatscreen. Access to all your favourite streaming services is no sweat with our fiber internet.

On the 2nd floor you will find our 4 bedrooms. Our master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a king bed, a new hybrid mattress you will love, and a walk in closet. The adjoining ensuite has amazing views of the private property from the large window in front of the standalone soaker tub. Two well appointed guest rooms each feature a queen bed with a new mattress, large closet, and big windows. The third guest room has room to spare with two double beds and two single beds, along with a bonus lounge area and flat screen smart TV. The 2nd upstairs washroom has plenty of space, with a large combo tub and shower, as well as a washer & dryer.

The front of the home has a covered veranda with comfortable wicker furniture to enjoy a drink and likely spot a Blue Jay or two. The wrap around veranda connects to the back deck which can also be accessed directly through the main floor backdoor where you'll find a teak table with umbrella and chairs for private outdoor eating. The property is well maintained with beautiful country gardens, landscape lighting, and a large yard to roam and play. The landscaped pool area is set back against the trees, making it a truly unique and wonderful place to relax. The pool area is fully fenced and safe for families. The pool is heated and cleaned/maintained weekly.

Although we hope you plan to unwind at our home, the house does have fiber internet with very fast and stable wifi should you need to get some work done.
