Vistas despejadas al mar desde su sala de estar y gran terraza delantera. Gran cocina con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. TV en cada habitación con pantalla plana en la habitación familiar. Ubicado cerca de las canchas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto, parque infantil y el famoso paseo marítimo de Wildwood. Este es un gran lugar tranquilo para que disfrute su familia. El área común incluye, gran piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje, área de parrilla para barbacoa, cabaña junto a la piscina, su propia unidad de almacenamiento y 2 lugares de estacionamiento. ¡Ven a disfrutar de tus vacaciones familiares en una de las unidades más nuevas de Wildwood Crest! Great vacation spot

Condo was clean and spacious. Balcony was perfect. Linens and towels provided. Close to the beach and pickle ball courts. Short walk to boardwalk. Amazing pool set up. Would highly recommend this place for anyone!

Renter Beware!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having rented with the Powers Group at the lovely Hialeah about seven years we were excited about our upcoming stay in 2023. To make a long story short, the refrigerator never worked and had an odor. They said it was unfortunate many times but they, nor the owners were having the fridge replaced. We had to buy a small dorm fridge and Powers brought us two bags of ice. The repair technician came Thursday and said it was leaking freon, and must be removed. Friday a new fridge was delivered, we left Saturday. Powers never returned our calls after Thursday, never responded to our letter and Having rented with the Powers Group at the lovely Hialeah about seven years we were excited about our upcoming stay in 2023. To make a long story short, the refrigerator never worked. They said it was unfortunate many times and nor the owners were not replacing the fridge. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay except for a few things. There were no dish towels provided, the vacuum didn’t work and the dryer only had “high heat” setting . However, even on “high heat” you needed to run it at least 2 drying cycles for it to dry everything fully. A working drying with both low heat and high heat settings would be nice!

Stress Free

Quiet location, convenient amenities, covered parking, view of the beach, elevator, a truly totally equipped kitchen all helped to deliver a relaxing vacation. However there was the base of a broken light bulb in a kitchen pendant that we were able to take out & replace the bulb, the scissors were broken in the kitchen drawer & we replaced them., a lamp shade was broken in a bedroom which we reported, a chair on the balcony was broken in the corner, and none of the dishware was microwave safe. These things were discovered during the length of our stay. A lesson learned to try to examine EVERYTHING the first hour of arriving.

We really appreciated the extra pre-cautions put in place with regard to Covid. The check-in service was an added positive extra and Alex from Powers even helped me unload my vehicle upon arrival. His efforts were above and beyond expectations!

Beautiful, Modern Unit - Just as pictured

Beautiful, modern unit... very clean and updated! Love the beach theme decorations and location. Very secure and safe (security guard, mulitple locks for pool area) and overall a gem in Wildwood Crest! Perfect views of the ocean from the deck area, modern public library across the street (kids loved that!). A few things to keep in mind about Unit 203-- you need to bring all linens, even bath mats and hand towels. We figured we would need bedding and towels but were surprised that there were absolutely no hand towels or bathmats (3 bathrooms). Also had issues with the wifi not working but were able to connect to an unlocked wifi in the building. Finally, there is a unit above this one and you can hear everything through the floors (they are noisy)... only a problem early am and late night because you can hear all walking, toilet flushing, water, vaccuum, etc. Again, just minor things but good to be aware of... they would not stop us from renting here again, we would just be more prepared.

Great Stay in Wildwood crest!

What a great condo! This is a perfect location for a family. You can see the ocean from your deck and the beach is just a block away. The unit is very well maintained. We could tell the owners put a lot of effort into the decor. The description on the web site does not do it justice. The kids loved the pool area and hot tub! Everything was very clean from the pool, to the garage to the unit. And the location is perfect. We love cape may and were happy that we were just a few minutes away. And the kids loved being so close to the boardwalk!! We like to cook and the new kitchen appliances and the openess of the layout were perfect. Thank you for welcoming us into your home and providing such a nice place to stay. We will be back!
