Our place may be booked as 2 or 3 bed unit. We have 2 bedroom apartment and 1 bedroom unit.
Please, contact if you are booking 3 bedrooms for the price adjustment as this listing priced only for 2 bedrooms. We do not rent 1 bedroom unit separately, only together with 2 bedroom apartment. Units connected by a door. The door will be locked if only 2 bedroom unit Both units have a separate entrance.

We are located a walking distance to lake Okanagan and Paddlewheel park. You will enjoy our heated salt water pool, gas burning fire pit on your private patio and breathtaking lake view! Our apartment has 2 bedrooms (king and queen beds) each with in-suite washroom, full equipped kitchen and personal laundry. Linens and towels are provided. We also supply you with beach chairs and beach towels. The patio and the pool area have a lot of furniture to make your outdoor space comfortable and enjoyable . Natural gas fire pit and BBQ are for our personal use.

Please, be advised that you share this swimming pool with us and our guests ( not very often) Pool is heated from May to the end of September. Depends on weather conditions it can be open from April to October If you want to invite friends or family to use a pool , please, discuss it with us. No parties with outside guests are permitted. Sorry, no exemptions.
Pets are allows but sorry, no puppies. Dog must be 12 months or older and vaccinated. No intact male dog allowed. No exemptions.
Please, clean after your pet.
We have large parking area. Please, contact us if you are coming with a boat- we will accommodate

Wonderful hosts, very comfortable and pleasant home! My children and I stayed here for a few days to visit parents who live in the area, and really appreciated some of the extra touches - super comfortable bedding, thoughtful lighting with little lamps in the bedrooms, decently stocked kitchen and nice appliances. I plan to return someday in the summer!

This place is fantastic! We absolutely loved it here! The owners are very welcoming and friendly! Check in was a pleasant experience. The unit is beautiful has everything you need with an amazing outdoor space. The pool is perfect, we also enjoyed the natural gas fireplace and bbq. Nice area to take your dog. The view is amazing, so pretty at night also. The owners are thoughtful, friendly and accommodating, at the same time give you your own space. The pictures are accurate, place is as described.

Stop searching and just book it! We spent 2 weeks (3 bedrooms for 1 of the weeks) in paradise - luxuriating in the stunning views, saltwater pool, and nicely outfitted outdoor space. Although the indoor area is not huge, it has everything you need and was more than adequate for 3 couples and a 5 month old baby. Squeaky-clean and high-end inside and out. Luba and Fred are responsive and gracious hosts. We reserved 2 weeks for next year and can’t wait to return!!

Amazing home away from home!

Our group of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The suite is immaculately designed and well stocked, which made us very comfortable for the week. We did some short day trips to local farms and wineries and amazing restaurants but for the most part enjoyed the backyard swimming in the pool and relaxing on the patio. Luba and Fred were great, they gave us our space but checked in with us a few times during the week. We had our dog with us who unfortunately doesn't do well with other dogs but they made sure to keep their pup in a separate area if we were outside so there were no issues. We highly recommend this VRBO and we hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful Views & Luxurious Accommodations

This property is truly a relaxation retreat! Stunning views & spectacular accomodations. The owners, Luba & Fred are the most kind-hearted people who really care about the guest experience. Beds are incredibly comfortable, kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything including extras (garlic press, cheese grater & much, much more!). I highly recommend this destination to everyone visiting the Okanagan Valley!

It was beautiful and luxurious. Excellent vibes and we really enjoyed our stay. It was close to pop over to Lake Country and downtown Vernon. Would highly recommend.

Close to Coldstream

Absolutely perfect! Two bedrooms, both with en-suite bath, and common space was exactly what we wanted. The property, although a challenging driveway for the rental car we had, was gorgeous with a view over the lake. Our goal was to be close to Coldstream to visit my brother and this location was ideal. We used the washer dryer, were provided with starter coffee, had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Luba was a delight, very friendly, responsive and helpful, easy check-in. Would love to return and highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Long Weekend

We stayed for an extended Thanksgiving long weekend and were very impressed with the property, pool, privacy of the location, etc. Everything was great and the owners (Luba & Fred) went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our time in Vernon. We'd definitely recommend to anyone & already looking forward to our next stay.

We are empty nesters. Luba- I am still working.
Fred is retired. He is taking care of house while I am at work. We have 20 year old cat and Rhodesian ridgeback girl.
During our travel to another countries and inside Canada we often booked VRBO or AirBnb properties and had very good experience.
We would like to provide you with a similar experience in our place

We fell in love with this property as soon as we saw it. We bought it and decided to build our dream house. We would like to share this incredible view with our guests. We are living on an acreage inside the city and have only one neighbour. Out place is very private and quiet.

Comfortable leaving with an incredible lake view. Heated salt water pool: can swim from April till October. It Is very private place. We able to park your boat for an additional small payment.
