L'IL SOUTHSHORE is a 3 bedroom 2 storey holiday house on the esplanade with excellent ocean views and accommodates up to 8 guests.

UPSTAIRS:
Modern open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cook top, underbench oven, air fryer, toasty machine, Delonghi Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), water dispenser (please note rain water is filtered), dining table/chairs, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, lounge with TV, DVD player, sliding door to balcony with table/chairs and hooded gas BBQ.

Main bedroom with queen bed, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, built in robe, 2nd bedroom with single bunk bed, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Bathroom with shower, vanity, w/c.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Large bedroom with queen bed, 1 single bunk bed, 2 seater lounge, TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Bathroom with shower, vanity, w/c.

Front loading washing machine.

Child proof stair gate.

Fish cleaning facility.

Carport - car only - restricted height not for boats. There is parking at rear or in front.

Garage not for guests use.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Hardwicke Bay is a small beachside settlement with beautiful beaches, reef and rockpools.

15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$285 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$175 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$120 per night

Bond will be increased to $500 during the peak season, this will be manually changed by office staff when processing the booking.

Get away from it all.

It was a great location to get away from everything, to have more tractors drive past (with boats on the back) rather than cars was great. The only downside and nothing to do with the facility was being there during the power failure - we had on day 1 and the last day. I would strongly consider returning for another 'chill out' time. Locals friendly also. Felt so bad for them with the power situation

An absolute little gem!

The house had everything we needed. As two families we had ample space across the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony.

And it was very neat and tidy. I loved the tile choice in the bathrooms as well, they were awesome. The only thing to be aware of is the stair rails, it was just my hubby and I staying but if we were to bring our children I would have to watch my toddler as the rails are easy for a child to fall through. but other than that it was a fabulous place to stay and we would defiantly book again.

Everything you need!

We had a lovely stay at Lil Southshore. Perfect for our kids, with the big room downstairs. House was fully equipped and beds were comfy! Even had a baby gate, portacot and high chair. We will definitely be back.

Great Rental in Hardwicke Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was so much better than we expected. It was really well stocked with all the necessary gadgets and appliances you could need. The bathrooms and the main lounge were modern. The sofa was a large 4 seater and really comfortable. We only used the main 1st floor bedroom having a queen bed which was also comfortable.The main deck BBQ and furniture were average but I imagine being so close to the beach anything fancier would get damaged.Linen and towels were not provided - we didn’t read the fine print but luckily realized enroute so we were able to stop at Kadina and purchase bedding and towels. It was a short 1 minute walk to the boat ramp/beach entrance. There isn’t much at Hardwicke Bay (a bakery and small store). The nearest place to eat was Point Turton Tavern which was pretty good.

love this place, love this town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and good space for a large group or families as there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We didn't get a chance to use the bbq but think that it was awesome they had it on the balcony. Love that there are pantry facilities to use such as oil and salt as we had forgot some of these. More than enough facilities and room for everyone with one living areas and extra large bedroom with large tv for the kids plus outdoor areas. Nicely renovated and the communication and check in was effortless and simple
