Salga del apartamento y dentro de 3 pasos (alrededor de 10 pies) se encuentra en Seven Mile Beach con todo lo que tiene para ofrecer.
Cala protegida a la vuelta de la esquina, ideal para que los más pequeños los lleven al mar de forma segura. La parte principal de la playa Grandview ofrece fácil acceso al agua. Un buen snorkel justo al lado de la playa (y te proporcionamos snorkel y máscaras).
El complejo Grandview tiene una piscina de tamaño considerable y un área de césped adecuada para todas las edades. También hay tumbonas, mesas y cenadores en la playa para ofrecer una variedad de lugares para elegir para sentarse y relajarse (junto con varios árboles en la playa si quieres sombra natural).
El apartamento es amplio con una cocina bien equipada. La sala de estar / comedor y la cocina son de diseño abierto y tienen mucho espacio para estirarse y para que los niños jueguen en el interior.
Apartamento en planta baja, abre las cortinas y mira directamente a Seven Mile Beach. El final de la unidad compleja significa muy poco tráfico peatonal.

Wonderful stay and location

We stayed here for a few days before going to the East End of the island for the rest of our trip. Great condo, beach, and location. Exactly as described. Would definitely return again to this exact condo.

Amazing location

Location is perfect. Step right out of your back door and onto the beach. Ocean is just steps away. It is a little rocky right there but a few steps down there is a sandy area. There is a dock with a ladder right there that has good snorkeling. It was very quiet. Most of the time we were the only people on the beach. We were able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. We walked to Eden Rock and snorkeled there but there is a public bus that frequently runs and the taxi system seems very reliable. We took the public bus to the Turtle Center. A company picked us up to go to Stingray City, Starfish Point. Don’t hesitate to book!

Good condo, a little dated, needs more towels

We had a nice 5 night stay at Grandview. The condo was cute and worked well enough. The view is phenomenal. The decor is a bit dated and overall it just needs some tlc. Felt very 90s. We liked snorkeling right off the pier outside our room. Bring watersocks, as the beach isn't very beachy and you'll need them. While it might say it's ON 7 mile beach, you can't walk along the beach to get to 7 mile beach due to property lines. We drove to a more beachy section of 7 mile beach every day. That would have been good to know. Condo could use more towels. We're on a beach but there was only one bath towel per person, so the towels were constantly wet and we gad to keep doing laundry. Owner had good communication and checkin was easy.

Nice Condo

We only stayed here one evening as we stayed the majority of our time on the other side of the island but wanted to be closer to the airport for our departure. Communication with the host was wonderful. The check in and check out was very simple. If you want to be close to the hustle of everything than this is a great place. The condo is clean and quiet. The beach was nice and sandy although we only walked out on the beach to check it out so really don't know about how it is to swim from this beach. The water was beautiful though and it was neat to be able to see the cruise ships in port from the condo. Again, if you enjoy staying in the busier part of the island then this would be a good option for you. I did give the location and neighborhood 4 out of 5 stars and it had nothing to do with anything wrong with the location or neighborhood of this condo because both the location and neighborhood were fine, it is just a personal preference of myself and my family to be in a little more laid back atmosphere and not have to deal with so much traffic to get places. Thank you to the host for a good stay!

Perfect Place

This unit was beautiful and spacious with easy access to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet when i went in late September. It fel like we had that corner of the beach to ourselves. Amazing views. There was a lovely spot to picnic in the shade of a gorgeous tree.

Pleasant weekend at the Grandview

We wanted a weekend near Georgetown before we moved to the East End for a weeklong stay, and the Grandview was perfect for that. The place was clean and nicely arranged, with great access to the beach (with a nice shade tree). We really enjoyed a local bar and a breakfast place within walking distance, but the traffic heading into downtown for dinner was intolerable.

Paradise Found!

This condo is perfectly situated on the island -- between Georgetown and 7 mile beach. Literally 3 steps from the back screen porch to the sand and a comfy beach chair. The condo is stretch along a lot of beach area --- so you really feel alone vs. a facility that might have very little ocean front property and a lot of residents. We never felt crowded. In line with the screened in patio on the beach is a (fig) tree - so there is plenty of shade, if you prefer that. But, there is also a lot of sun if that's your preference. The access to the ocean is rocky, but they have carved in a "on ramp" into the ocean that is accessible even without beach shoes. The water is lovely. Oh, I haven't mentioned the condo, because the beach is the paradise. The home is nice, larger than most 2 bedrooms 2 bath homes I've rented. It has all the amenities and is very comfortable and clean. Others have noted the complex right next door is building. And, they are. The week I visited, they were making progress on the outdoor pool and hardscape/landscape around the pool. It didn't find the noise atrocious -- I focused on the sound of the beach and a book in my ear. I highly recommend this unit specific because it is at the far end of the resort and you felt like you owned the beach many days. Highly highly recommend this beautiful PARADISE home.

The location of the condo is the greatest. Seven mile beach is right outside our back door and restaurants and other activities are close.

Grandview Condo - Grand Cayman

A friend and I stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Primary focus of the trip was scuba diving with Off the Wall Divers. Condo is a first floor, corner unit, with a very nice screened in porch with a door that walks right out on to the beach. One of the few properties that still has a very nice beach, also has a concrete pier to walk out to water. Large pool with plenty of space and chairs. Convenient location to restaurants and 15 minute walk down to Kirk's Grocery store for supplies. Also, very convenient for Off the Wall Divers to pick us up and drop us off each day of diving. Unit was very clean and spacious, lots of windows and direct view of beach and ocean.

Nice and roomy

It was nice and clean and a good location. We did have to worry about the beach being overcrowded we pretty much had it to ourselves. It was a little more rocky in this area than we would’ve preferred but overall beautiful here

Perfect for Family Getaway!

They property was as described and met our needs perfectly. With two teens, we stayed busy diving and snorkeling and the condo was a great home away from home for the week. Conveniently located with nice pool and great access to beach snorkeling, groceries, and restaurants.The construction next door is still going on, but was only loud a few times for ten or twenty minutes at a time. We would love to go back and stay there again.

Absolutely Awesome!!

The host was very helpful throughout the process and the accuracy of what she posted was spot on. It was a magical stay, and we would be back to stay for sure in the future. Two things. Bring water shoes. There are too many rocks in the shore, and you can't get in the water safely without shoes. The Condos next door Sunset Cove has a manmade beach area with no rocks that we had access to according to the host. We had no issues going over there. Coming to the islands was an unforgettable experience but it is pricey so bring your savings account LOL.
