This dreamy private garden estate is set in the midst of the woods with separate indoor/outdoor spaces designed to make each guest feel like it’s their own private retreat. The interior has a timeless and artistic vibe when married with nature are the perfect backdrop for inspiration and creativity. The claw foot tub with a view of the grounds from the large window takes the ordinary bath to another level soothing the senses and clearing the mind. The private studio apartment on the lower level with kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, & workspace provides the ability to escape or connect to your family and friends depending on your desires. Outdoors the wrap around porch and large gazebo await you to gather for a BBQ, a night of games, playing the guitar, or hosting a special dinner under the stars. It is your own private garden oasis to come home to after a day of exploring the mountain.
To make it more affordable for smaller groups, an extra guest fee of $12 per guest per night applies after 2 people. The studio apartment can be rented optionally if available as an add-on. Pictures are shown in the listing, please inquire about pricing if interested.

The age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).

For 28+ night stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply:

Refundable damage deposit is $100
Refundable cleaning deposit is $350

Note: The cleaning fee for 28+ day stays is higher than the short-term cleaning fee in the listing.

For stays 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $185. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.

Immediately after booking you will receive our short rental agreement to review and accept.

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.

PETS: We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.

We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.
To participate, follow the wick and easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you and your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out and make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.

The Short Term Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is $25 per night per pet If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you and your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day.
The Short Term regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is $50 per night per pet.
The Long Term Pet fee (28+ nights or longer) is $150 per dog per month. For non-shedding pets on the list the monthly fee is $95 per month.

There is a refundable pet deposit if more than 2 approved pets of $500.
