Te encantará tu estadía en la encantadora Villa Neptuno .El espacio cuenta con Encantadora decoración moderna mexicana con todas las comodidades que necesitas para tener unas maravillosas vacaciones. Acceso de invitados: Piscina increíble compartida con jacuzzi, cancha de pádel. Disfrute de la terraza para tomar el sol o cocinar una deliciosa cena. Otras cosas a tener en cuenta: solo solicitaremos su identificación y pasaporte para completar un contrato de acuerdo para su check inn. Lo llenaremos y lo tendremos listo a su llegada. Our stay was AMAZING. The property is beautiful, clean, spacious. We loved the hot tub, pool and the rooftop space. The beds were very comfortable. We felt very safe, and parking was safe--dedicated space right beside the condo. The gentleman who let us in/out of the gate was super friendly and joked with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Cabo Villa

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The garden and pool area added to the overall ambience of the villa. The villa was spacious and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the roof top deck. You definitely need a car to stay here as walking on the roads is not advisable. It is also handy for exploring the beautiful beaches on the way up to San Jose de Cabo.

Quick two nights in Cabo

The location was perfect and the home beautiful. The garden area was a nice space to sit with morning coffee and the upper deck was a perfect place to view the stars. The pool was perfect, clean and refreshing. The street is very close to the home so you could hear the sound of the cars outside, but inside all was quiet. The AC units worked perfectly so the heat was never an issue. We stayed for only a couple of nights, but would have been happy staying longer. Angie was extremely responsive and friendly!

The location is perfect. Very quiet just a few minutes to the marina and all the stores.. secured location and the staff is very helpful.. I will be renting this location again.

Wonderful

Just a couple minutes car ride outside of Cabo San Lucas we were kindly welcomed by the sweet and kind host, with who we kept in touch for questions and recommendations. Beautiful villa, amazing pool! Perfect for us, a couple with an almost 3-year old daughter (in a place big enough for 6). Great location, although we would recommend a rental car. It's nice to be right outside of Cabo, just away from all other tourists and busy happenings. We had a perfect week, highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay in Cabo.

Three bedrooms, three baths, washer dryer, tv's in every room, sleeper sofa sleeps 2, outside patio with jacuzzi, roof top patio (wonderful view), well stocked kitchen, full dinning table 6 chairs and 3 bar stools, owner lets you borrow umbrella-2 chairs-small cooler and 6 beach towels, parking stop next to house, gated and secure, pool privileges, blinds to keep heat at bay and air conditioning throughout the house. This place is close to many beautiful small beaches. There is a Costco less than a mile away. Located 30 min from downtown. If you are coming with family would highly recommend this place.

One of the best properties I have stayed at.All the appliances were new.Plenty of everything such as pots cutlery etc.The grounds were beautiful the pool great.The property was very secure with 24 security.Close to Walmart and Costco.Can get a little noisy at times due to proximity to main highway.Plenty of transportation options from buses to Uber.

Best Stay Ever…

From the moment we walked in, this place was wonderful! Our kitchen was fully stocked with all of the items we needed! Very nice bathrooms comfortable bedrooms! Lots of linens and towels.. The pool was just amazing, very clean and beautiful.. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere quiet & clean, it’s well stocked and it’s just a perfect lovely property.. It has an ice chest, umbrella, chairs, tennis rackets volleyball, barbecue! Great washer and dryer dishwasher, nice rooftop this place was awesome. This is by far the coolest cleanest nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed at! Thank you Angie & Hugo

Cabo Retreat

We recently stayed at this property and were impressed. The three bedrooms each had its own TV with streaming TV services with their own bathrooms that were fully equipped. The property also included a washer and dryer. The outdoor patio, complete with a hot tub, and the views from the rooftop terrace added to our unforgettable experience. The well-stocked kitchen, along with a full dining table for six and three bar stools, made meal times a breeze. Parking was a breeze with a spot right next to the house, and the secure, gated property gave us peace of mind. The blinds kept the heat at bay, and the air conditioning ensured comfort throughout our stay. Perfectly situated close to numerous beautiful small beaches and less than a mile from Costco, this location is just about a 10-minute drive from downtown. We wholeheartedly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Perfect villa for a family vacation in Los Cabos

We stayed at Hugo’s property from Nov 2 to 9, 2019. From the moment I reserved to the deposit refund, everything was perfect! Very quick response time from Hugo to all our questions. Arrival procedures easy and quick. Villa is very big and clean, as pictured. Very well equiped. At our arrival, it was so nice to find large purified water bottle, chips, and soft drinks. Beach towels were very appreciated. Areli and the 2 persons at the gate were so nice and helpfull. Very nice pool, clean. We had a problem with one of the AC and Hugo and Areli took care of it instantly. Location was perfect having rented a car. (I don’t know if we have liked it that much without a car). 5 minutes walking from Costco. 10 minutes by car to Cabo San Lucàs Marina where we could park at Plaza Paraiso for 30 pesos per day. (2$). We went to the beach at the Ocote restaurant where we could use beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and showers for 3$ us per day. We would definitly recommand Hugo’s place.

Spring break family vaca

We spent 8 days at Cabo cottage and it was very comfortable. The gated neighbourhood was quiet and was a retreat from the noisiness of the city. The grounds were well kept. We enjoyed the patio and the pool everyday. Most of the time we were the only family using the pool so that was very special. The other guests were very friendly and we had some good conversations with them.Our gate man was very friendly and helpful in helping us navigate the bus system and the area where the cottage is located.Unfortunately the beach is more than a 10 minute walk from the cottage. The beach is located on the other side of the highway and since we didn't rent a car I was disappointed that I couldn't walk there. We had to bus or take an Uber to the beach.The beds were comfortable and it was great that each suite had its own bathroom. The bath towels were clean, very thick and absorbent. The kitchen had a good working stove however there was a shortage of good pots, pans as well as utensils. We got some use out of the tennis racquets and Areli, the assistant who checked us in, brought us some tennis balls as the suite didn't have any. She was very responsive to our texts during our stay.The master bath sink taps could use a little tightening as well as the showerhead in the other bathroom. The locks for the sliding doors needed some fidgeting every time I tried to lock them.Overall the cottage was comfortable and we felt safe during our stay. Thank you Hugo! All the best!

Christmas in Cabo

We stayed at Hugo’s property from December 22nd to January 1. This was our second time in Cabo(previously in all- inclusive) without kids. We truly enjoyed our stay at the property and will be returning. Couple of things to note; A rental car made it much easier for us to get around. As long as you know to yield to the larger vehicles driving around in this region is simple. If you do not wish to spend the $50.00+ US per person going on a local snorkel trip Santa Maria Bay is a short drive towards San Jose there you find the best snorkelling right off the beach and is very quiet ( no vendors bugging you) If you have stuff bring it, but can rent It there. Mendano beach is very close as well there you will find all the action (vendors, restaurants, drinks) Hugo has a cooler and two beach chairs & towels. We were able to pack all of our own drinks including beer and enjoy them on both beaches at a fraction of the cost. Tip if you buy bottles of water 500 ML use the empty bottles to freeze tap water and use them as cooler packs, worked awesome. Costco and Walmart are very close and should have everything you could need on your trip. Hugo is amazing to work with makes renting and staying as easy as possible, communication was fantastic all the time. On the last day I had mentioned a pair of kitchen scissors would be handy and within a half hour a pair arrived. Guess I should have asked the first day LOL. The BBQ is charcoal and for us used to gas takes a little time to get the hang of it.. allow time for the BBQ to be ready to cook on I would say close to an hour. The pool is large and often we had it to ourselves and the grounds are kept immaculate. There is a new building being built directly behind Hugo’s place, so if you want to sleep in you will likely hear some normal construction noises. It was never an issue for us. All in all it was nice to be in the area we were, we could go into the nightlife of downtown Cabo, but escape the craziness of the nightlife and be back at our quiet little Resort. Shout out to Emilio “Super Man” at the front gate, he always had a smile 24 hrs a day. We often thought he never slept keeping everything in order. This will be a Christmas we will never forget thanks Hugo for having a magical place for my family to stay.

Good but not great

The location was convenient and beautiful, very quiet and the community pool was really nice. Overall we had a great time. But, like many places in Mexico the condo itself was not being maintained at peak levels. None of the bath tubs/ showers worked properly. They all had issues with the faucet valves so some didn’t have working tubs and others didn’t have showers. We reported it at the end of the stay since it’s an issue that will require completely changing the fixtures. I can’t see how they didn’t know since one of them doesn’t even let water come out the faucet. Some outlets were burned and broken. The beds were hard as a rock so we bought a mattress topper to get by. But we did enjoy our time and the company communicated very well. This wasn’t our first choice but the condo we originally booked sold the condo without informing us and put us in something totally different that didn’t meet our needs. That facility had bad communication and we greatly appreciated the excellent communication of this facility. I have stayed at a number of condos in Cabo and would rank this one as mid-grade. The large cockroach we found day one might be an issue for some but we didn’t see any others after that. We did find roach spray at the condo so this is obviously an issue at times.

Nice option

The villa was in a quiet area that is very well taken care of in Cabo not far from town. A car really is necessary to get around unless you want to take the public transportation. We were happy to have the restaurants across the road that were all very good. We had a pleasant stay.
