Welcome to Casa Regina!

Casa Regina is located in the exclusive community Cabo Bello Development. There is a direct path down to the beach located in front of Cabo Bello. It is a short walk to this gorgeous private beach! As you approach Casa Regina, you will not be disappointed! This gorgeous 4 bedroom private house is the perfect location for your Cabo vacation. You will have access to 3 parking spaces. As you walk up to the house you will see a private pool and jacuzzi available in the front of the house. The house provides everything you need with a gourmet kitchen for those nights that you want to cook or if you decide to hire a chef for the night! There is ample space with a comfortable couch for those nights that the family wants to watch something on TV. You will find 1 King bedroom downstairs with full size guest bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs- 1 King bed in master bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom, 1 King bed in guest bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom, 1 Queen bed with twin bed in guest bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom.

The house provides additional amenities on the rooftop with a fire pit and surrounding seating. The view from the rooftop is amazing!

Casa Regina is only a quick 5 minute drive to Walmart or Costco and about 8 minutes to downtown San Lucas where the marina, mall, shopping, restaurants, and Medano Beach are located!

This is the best place to stay in Los Cabos! We welcome you to Casa Regina!

We had a great stay! The location is excellent and we loved the beautiful beach that was a short walk away. Deny was very helpful with check in and was prompt with fixing the one maintenance problem we had which was getting the spa to heat. The view from the rooftop is amazing! All of the beds were so comfortable and it is nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The listing says there are three king beds but there are two. This wasn't an issue for us but maybe should be updated. The area is quiet and relaxing but also close to Cabo, restaurants, grocery store etc. The snorkeling at the beach was excellent! We had brought our own gear but there were some masks and fins at the house. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked quite a few meals at home on the grill. The only thing the house didn't seem to have was beach chairs or umbrella . There are plenty of beach towels though and it was easy to find shade down at the beach.

8 of us stayed for a full week and this place checked all our boxes! The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the big table was perfect for game nights, the bbq was perfect for grilling and the upper deck with the views of ocean, city and the arch, just WOW! Victor and Denny from the management company were so kind and attentive to our every need. I only wish this place was a little easier to find, directions could be a bit of a challenge with the Uber application. We enjoyed this home and the pool/hot tub/roof top so much, we all agreed we would go back and would stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation House

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! Pool was bigger than expected and provided hours of fun for the kids. Rooftop has an amazing view. Short walk to a beautiful beach where we spent time swimming, snorkeling and boogy boarding. Easy drive into Cabo, San Jose del Cabo and other beautiful beaches. Close to convenient grocery stores, including Costco, Fresko and others.House is large, comfortable and clean with a great layout for a large family. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals at home. Beds were very comfortable, each room had its own air conditioning system that could be individually set.Kristen helped me organize groceries to be delivered before we got there and we requested the Welcome Package that was offered. We arrived later in the evening, so having groceries already there was wonderful The Welcome Package with Gloria and Antonio was great and such a warm welcome to the house after a long day of travel.Denys and Pablo, our contacts for the house, were wonderful and responsive, they were always quick to answer questions. We had an issue with a shower head one afternoon/evening, and they had it fixed the next morning.Gate security were friendly. Note that you tell them you are staying at Casa Regina and give them your ID when you go in and they give you a plastic card with the community/driving rules, on your way out you give them the card in exchange for your ID back.After a week, we didn't want to leave and we look forward to coming back!

Incredible stay!

Everything was wonderful about this home. The location, large and cozy home, pool, we’ll-stocked kitchen, and rental team were amazing. It’s also in a beautiful and safe community with an easy drive to major destinations. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at Casa Regina

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Regina. The house was updated and tastefully decorated. We were so impressed with how well stocked house was. We have never stayed at property that provided generous supplies of paper towels, laundry detergent, cooking spices, shampoo and more. Although pathway to beach was not flat but a number of hills up and down, it was only about a 10 minute walk to beach. We had an issue with no water in house for a couple of hours but issue was resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Would definitely return to this property.

wonderful spot

had a great stay in a well apportioned house. The location is 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach that isn't overrun with people. There was a million dollar view of the ocean from the private rooftop patio. Quiet friendly neighberhood that is a short drive to the marina. The management was also 5 star!

Beautiful house, Beautiful city

The house was great! I think it has the best rooftop in the neighborhood. I wish it was a tiny bit closer to the beach, but it is only about a 10 minute walk. The rooms were great and the beds were comfortable. We had trouble with the garbage disposal and the electricity went out a couple of times on the first day. Pablo came over and had people working on it within a couple of hours. He was very helpful when we needed him. A few of the guests spent most of their vacation at the house. If you do stay, make sure you tell your Uber drivers to let the security at the gate know that you're at Casa Regina. My sister and her husband got dropped off at the gate when they got there. They had to walk all the way to the house with their luggage and personal items.

Casa Regina in Cabo Bello

We had a wonderful experience in Cabo San Lucas over Spring break and our stay at Casa Regina in Cabo Bello made it all the more perfect! Great location in a beautiful setting with a short walk down to an amazing beach. The home had all the basic amenities and everything worked perfectly. The property manager was always available to help out with any issues or plan activities that we were interested in doing. She made our stay that much easier! I can't say enough good things about about our stay at Casa Regina. I would definitely love to return some day!

The property is nice and well located in Cabo Bello. The roof top is a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. There are some relativey minor maintenance items that I trust the owners and property managers will address. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had three a total of 7 in our party (3 couples and an adult child). House was set up perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Our favorite way to start our day was having coffee on the rooftop and spotting whales in the distance. Check in and check out was easy and any all questions were answered in a timely response. Massages on last day at house- amazing! Highly recommend. Home is located in great location- easy to get to grocery store, walk to beach, and of course a quick 15 minute cab/or Uber to Cabo! Beautiful decor, comfy beds, great pool, and amazing rooftop views! Perfect vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Can't wait to return to Cabo!!

Family Vacation with Siblings

Kristen, my contact was informative and extremely helpful in arranging our excursions. The villa was really nice, clean and spacious. We like that the villa had a purified water system and refrigerator has an ice maker for cold drinks. The villa was maintained by Fredrico and had it was short distance to downtown Cabo (about 10 mins taxi ride). It also had a beautiful rooftop patio for viewing sunrises and sunsets. Everything you see and in the reviews is true

Three couples (8 people) had more than enough room. Deck on roof was spectacular. Pool was serviced twice during our stay and was heated. Used it a lot. I gave the low ratings because directions to the rental were poor. The manager wanted us to use her transportation (expensive). One daughter did. We explained that we were renting two cars for the rest of us. We asked for specific address but only got a street name with no number. Google map or any excursion couldn't find it without a street number. A neighbor finally gave us a number that worked. The exit off the freeway is very tricky but after you get the hang of it it is fine. Once we got there we had a fantastic time. We lost hot water one day and it was repaired in hours. I want to go back.

Beautiful Home!!

First of all Federico was amazing! He met us at the house early so that we could drop off our luggage and had everything ready for us. The home is beautiful and it was perfect for our family and friends. One thing we were not planning to do was renting a car. However, even though the house is located in a perfect neighborhood…walking in the neighborhood is exhausting. A rental car was the perfect fix. We also loved that we had access to the private beach. We will definitely be back and will recommend this home to our friends and family.

Fun Vaacation

Loved this home. The good points totaling outweigh the bad points. Great location in a very safe area, nice to have the pool, the private bathroom in three of the bedrooms were convenient, loved the upper deck, and very clean. Only down side was very loud pool equipment and poor water pressure in one shower. But we agree that we will return to this home in the near future!

Great house

The house was a perfect size to accommodate our two families with eight total people. The outdoor space was great with the pool and rooftop patio. We grilled almost every night on the outdoor grill.

Almost perfect

Excellent location, beautiful property. Perfectly suited for our family. The pool was the perfect size and heated very quickly. The home has a filtration system but it didn’t work for most of the stay. We ended up boiling water and purchasing what we needed. One of the bathrooms had a water pressure issue but we dealt with it. Communication prior to the trip was slower than we expected from VRBO but everything worked out perfectly. Victor was amazing on check in. The roof top was a great way to end our busy days. Thank you Casa Regina, we’ll be back!
