Peaceful , functional and private, Sunset Bungalow 101 is what beach getaways are all about.
Whether you're a couple or a solo traveller in search of quiet relaxation and restoration this location will be perfect. Right on the edge of town, far enough out to avoid the hustle and bustle, yet close enough in that you can still access the best of Byron.
The classic beachside bungalow is nestled at the rear of a property, very private and complete with kitchenette for simple meal preparation. Bungalow 101 is compact and comfortable, Perfect for romantic or relaxing nights in or slow mornings with breakfast on the deck.
The bathroom and bedroom are seperate and super clean, well appointed. Afternoons are well spent on the front deck, reading after a long day at the beach. This property will leave you feeling rested and recovered - a perfect location for creating holiday memories.
The property is well located, only 22min walk to main beach, or a 5 minute quick Uber ride to the town and the best of Byron Beaches. 14 minute walk to Woolworths, 7 minute walk to Bay Grocer.
Delicious coffee and yummy whole food is only 270m walk to The Byron Bay General Store - Established in 1947, The Byron Bay General Store is among Byron Shire’s oldest commercial buildings still standing. Over the last 70 years it has had many different names, looks and identities, however one thing has always stayed true - it’s an iconic place for locals and visitors to meet, gather, eat, drink and buy goods.
Perfect for longer stays, a home office away from home!
Please note the Bungalow has no cooking facilities, simple meal prep only.
Sunset Bungalow 101 is located at the rear of the property with its own private access down the side of the main house. There are 3 properties in total on the block, you will enjoy little or no guest interaction.
