Modern Queenslander- sauna, spa and pool in the heart of Brisbane next to forest

Magical Oasis in central Brisbane, 5 kms from the city, opposite a beautiful park and right beside Mount Coot-ha State Forest. It is set back from the road and is a Queenslander with a salt water pool, sauna, outdoor spa, covered pagoda with waterproof blinds, day bed, sun lounges and entertainment area. Lots of character, large bedrooms, lots of windows, two covered verandahs, a modern fully equipped kitchen/entertainment area, ducted air conditioning,,spa bath inside and internal fireplace.

The space
Escape to your own peaceful retreat surrounded by native bush and parkland just five kms from the city. Unwind in the sauna, soak in the spa, swim in the salt pool and wake to bird song in this retreat style home. Beautiful walks through the forest The three bedroom home is in an idyllic setting, surrounded by trees and gardens. You can book private access to the sauna, spa and pool. There is a pagoda, with daybed and blinds to give you complete privacy. It is close to shops, cafes and restaurants in Paddington and Ashgrove. There are buses at the end of the street.and a short ride to Suncorp Stadium or the city. Enjoy a glass of champagne in the spa or jump in the pool after a healing sauna and rest on the daybed. There is a Weber BBQ on the deck and you are spoilt for choice about where to relax or have a meal. There is a dining table inside and on the back deck. We provide your first bottle of wine. sourdough bread, condiments, coffee and tea. This is a peaceful environment that offers the best of city and bush living. There is surround sound TV and a baby grand piano. Go for one of the many bush walks from your front door. Take the kids to the park opposite or stroll across to the local bowls club and enjoy a drink, food trucks, live music and family atmosphere on the weekends. Enjoy your morning coffee, do some yoga or listen to the kookaburras in the downstairs oasis. Otherwise, walk to one of the cafes close by or Bannetons bakery through the bush.

Guest access
Guests have access to the upstairs space and the laundry and additional bathroom downstairs. You will be given a remote to the electric gate after you access the keys from the key safe outside the front door. at the top of the stairs in the main house. You can also access the house through the foot gate in front of the studio if required. Please close the gate afterwards and then use the electric gate as your access. You can park cars in the driveway and close the gate. There will sometimes be guests staying in the studio, but it is quite seperate and you have your own seperate area and fences. The house upstairs is accessed via the front stairs at the end of the driveway. The main downstairs areas is locked for owner storage. You have full access to the pool and entertainment deck.if there is no-one staying in the studio. OTherwise we have a simple booking system for two hours slots in the day and another in the evening. Currently we are not renting out the studio.
