Our condo is located in the heart of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering visitors a chance to step back in time and experience the rich history and culture of Quebec City.
In a new building with your secure parking space, you can enjoy a terrace with swimming pool on the 12th floor.
The condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a magnificent view from the 11th floor.
You will find a gym on the 2nd floor and an area with BBQ and propane fireplaces on the roof.
The steps to Old Quebec are on Fleury Street behind the building and allow you to reach the old town in 15 minutes on foot!

Helpful instructions to get in, nice space for a family of 4! Could definitely hear street noise from the rooms quite loud. Parking spot is quite small, but doable. Very responsive team as well!

Really lovely apartment, clean and very well appointed. Great location to the train station and easy walking distance to tourist attractions. One street down on St. Josephs has lots of restaurants and bars for dining.

Two bedroom, two bathroom lovely stay!

A parking space, a very clean lovely two bedroom, two bath, a rooftop deck and pool, and every kind of coffee maker you could ask for! What’s better than that? Great communication and an easy walk to most everywhere! Quebec City was the best!
Beautiful sunset every evening.
Fireworks as seen from the rooftop!

Great base for exploring the city

Modern and contemporary apartment, very clean and well arranged. Worked well for our family of 5. Location was great, easy to walk into the old city or to the citadel/plains of Abraham. Parking was secure and accessible. Pool was wonderful at the end of the day. Overall a great experience. Host was quick to communicate and friendly. Merci bien!

First time in Quebec city

There were 4 of us and we were very confortable with the space, nice view and convenient location. The kitchen was just what we needed to cook several dinners and have food for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Holiday get away

Two couples visiting the city for the winter Christmas market. We were very happy to have off street covered parking included in the rental. The apartment was nice with a good view. The walk to the historic area was up hill and we took the stairs most of the time. We had a lovely time and would come back.

Comfortable Condo

The condo was clean, stocked unexpectedly with coffee and sugar, nice towels, comfortable furniture, sink soap, tissues etc. Great location for walking to old city. An excellent rental!

Easy breezy Quebec trip

We enjoyed the unit. Clean comfortable and convenient to all the old town activities! We walked the to old town .. maybe10 mins ! The bus got us back ! It is a little odd for a parking spot but we got that big rig in there !!! Good food in neighborhood! Did not us the pool but went upstairs clean and great view ! We would stay again

High rise condo

Check in was complicated by inadequate details. Our host did her best to help by phone, but it took a long time to actually gain access. The condo was much smaller than expected. We did not feel safe walking in the neighborhood. The viewd were wonderful, and the beds and bathrooms were good.

Beautiful high rise condo. Very accommodating hosts. We don’t speak French and they kindly met the challenge of speaking with us. We parked our car in the safe, covered, parking spot and took Uber to downtown. It is walkable but it was too hot for us to walk. We saved our walking for the old city. One evening we watched a fireworks show from the rooftop pool area. We would rent again.

Modern, industrial comfort

We enjoyed the facilities and the condo was perfect for our group of 2 couples. Able to get to locations via walks or Uber. If you have a car, a secured garage and assigned parking space is provided 😀. The area appears sketchy but we all felt safe walking around while it was daylight. Would consider renting again in the future. Patrice was absolutely wonderful to work with and she was always really responsive and quickly to fully respond to my questions.

Spring break

Apartment was clean very well appointed. You could easily cook your own meals if desired. Best amenity was the parking garage and the attentiveness of the host. Very quick to respond to communications. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is a bit rough, but does not feel at all dangerous. 117 steps to get up the Lépine Stairs, but then you can turn east or west to explore the city. Bit of a hike but nice to be centrally located to go either direction on foot. We got our steps in while heading to La Grolla! Overall, very good experience staying here and would recommend to anyone that is mobile and willing to walk a bit.

Great stay

This property was excellent and well equipped. We had everything our full family needed during our stay. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. Parking is tight. We drive a honda minivan and getting into the parking spot was challenging. But the underground secure parking is a plus! The roof top pool and sitting area, even a grill, offered excellent views and a great place to relax. The property owners were great to work with. The overall property is very new. It is on a block that is redevelopimg but access to lower Québec city is easy. Public transportation is available on the ext block.

Downtown Fun

This apartment is very well-equipped and comfortable. If it did not have black-out shades, the morning sun would pour in but the shades work perfectly to allow guests to sleep late. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with a grocery right across the street and Old Quebec a lovely walk south. If we had one issue with the place, it is that the bedside lamps gave out insufficient light to allow you to read at night or do almost anything in your room since there were no overhead lights in either bedroom. That is pretty important to us and those we traveled with. Other than that, no complaints. If that issue were resolved, we would highly recommend this apartment in Quebec City.

Nice place. Safe parking.

Very nice property. Initial difficulty understanding where parking was.VRBO website made the communication much more difficult than it should have been. Property owner was helpful. We showed up before check-in time which threw off the cleaning crew unfortunately. But Carla did a good job. There were no garbage bags to line the waste baskets. Nice penthouse with good views of the distance. Many homeless people in the neighborhood unfortunately which is sad but was not a problem. Everyone was very nice. A lot of neat things to see in the neighborhood and especially up in Old City. QC s a fabulous place. We had a very enjoyable time. Would definitely do again and would recommend if in the budget.

Great Accommodation for Family

Patrice was very responsive to all of our inquiries and provided all kinds of recommendations. The apartment is new, modern, and well-equipped. There were basic provisions, including coffee. The grocery store, Metro, is about a block away to the right and across the street. Laundry, kitchen and bathrooms included soap. The beds, including sofa bed, were very comfortable. Where other apartments had no window treatments, this one has great blackout shades on every window. Seamless check-in ( we arrived after midnight). Great views—only wish we could have enjoyed the rooftop pool and deck, but it was snowing during our stay. Great tv for winding down with Netflix. Found the walk into town ok, but Ubers are plentiful, especially after a long day sightseeing. Very comfortable, pleasant and welcoming stay.
