Executive Lake Front Cottage with Hot tub

This newly built cottage is a one of a kind lake house, nestled on a sloped south facing lake front property to offer privacy while you enjoy the spectacular lake views. Gourmet chefs kitchen & beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms on every level. Then head upstairs through to the second of 3 levels to find a gorgeous retreat with tv, fireplace and games. Enjoy roasting marshmallows near the 1 of 2 fire pits, or a dip in the Hot Tub! Located on Echo Lake and just a few mins to Baysville!

The space
This stunning private waterfront cottage has two great fire pits to cozy up to! You will find the first one straight out the sliding doors. Endless views from the hot tub while having a camp fire or over looking the water. The second fire pit with plenty of Muskoka chair style seating is lower, closer to the water for a more intimate experience with nature over looking the lake!

Enjoy your evenings with rope style lighting strung around the fire pit and hot tub area in the upper deck area to really indulge in the Muskoka ambiance.

Dock access to the lake with new improved dock area for relaxation while watching the sunset or while jumping into the lake on a sunny day!

While enjoying the beautiful serenity of the outside you will find:

* life jackets
* 2 Stand up paddle boards

As well as a large floating pad out on the lake!

Head into the inside for a large chef kitchen to prepare meals or to prep for the BBQ located on the deck through the sliding doors. Great look out window with 2 beautiful Papasan style seating. For the convivence of older guests or guest with needs, there is also a main bathroom and king size bedroom on the first level. Just beyond the bathroom you will find private laundry accommodations if needed.

Head up the stairs to the second level where full three piece bathroom with jetted tub is just at the top of the stairs. You will find a great living area space for entertaining and watching movies with plenty of seating on the well appointed sectional. Just behind the sectional, a beautiful round dining table area to sit and sip wine or play cards or board games over looking the lake. This level is also equipped with a great king size master and ensuite with jetted tub. Plenty of storage space with modern wardrobes and closets.

Continue to the third level from the glass stair case where you will find wooden ceiling architecture. Here you will find two rooms and a powder room between them for easy access. First of the two rooms has two beds (single & double) to accommodate single travelers or children. The second room has a double bed and every room has plenty of storage room for clothing.

Through this hall you will find a great work space on a cozy writing desk. Beautiful skylights to let in the night star light or the sunshine of the day. At the end of the hall, a door will lead you to a roof top patio! Take in all the views from the third level over looking the lake!
Guest access
Complete use of house and out door space. One closet in upper master is locked for cleaning staff and down stairs utility room is locked as well. Basement is locked and used for owners keepsakes.
Other things to note
Please no smoking in the house at any time or on Third level upper deck. Please try and pick up all cigarette buds outside or find designated cans for outing.

Please note that our local town will not allow us to throw away garbage that hasn't been sorted. We ask all guest to make sure that recycling is not thrown in the garbage or a $200 sorting fee will apply.

No Glass should be brought to the hot tub or in the hot tub at any point. Please do not stay in the hot tub for more then 15 mins at a time and consult your doctor if you are pregnant or have other medical illness. The hot tub is shocked after every guest and chemical levels are regulated. This hot tub is chlorinated.

Please never leave a campfire roaring with out outing it with water before leaving it unattended with one of the buckets provided. Please put back bucket back to its location.

Some points:

Please never leave children unattended at the lake or hot tub with out adult supervision.

Please never take indoor furniture outside or vice versa.

Please clean fridge and freezer of all items after your stay.

No glass outside. Plastic ware is provided.
