With three cozy cottages, a game-filled clubhouse, and peaceful paths connecting it all, this private retreat is perfect for reunions, cousin camp, or a weekend with friends. Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire ranch including: the 3 cottages, the gathering building, the game/garage room, the fire pit patio, the RV sites. There is lake access through the Heart of Texas Resort that offers a community boat ramp and boat slips for an additional fee. There is also a day pass available for purchase through the Heart of Texas Resort that would include use of the community pool, putt putt course, playscape and arcade. Ask us for more details and how to reserve a spot! Subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

This home is surrounded by Inks Lake State Park, close to wineries/local restaurants, upper arm of the Colorado River on Lake LBJ, Longhorn Cavern, Spider Mountain, Heart of Texas Resort and so much more.



Getting Around:

Guests will need a vehicle to get to this property and to local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Security cameras on premise outside.



We are available via phone, email, text, or in person if the need arises.



This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of any pets are found throughout the property an automatic charge of $500 will be taken out of the card on file.



In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.



All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.



The front field near the ravine on the creek bed has a bee habitat that is monitored and controlled by Fain's Honey. Please do not bother or disturb the bee hives.
