Step inside to a truly vibrant setting, where you can relax and appreciate the towering ceilings, clerestory windows and saturating natural light. High-end kitchen & dining, & privately zoned living area with northerly balcony.
Bedding Configuration
Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: Double bed with ceiling fan
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Family bathroom upstairs includes a bath and separate shower, and seperate powder room ensuring plenty of space for families or groups.
The striking kitchen is appointed with high-end appliances, stone benches and breakfast bar, also adjoining a spacious casual dining area.
Ascend the spiral staircase to the privately zoned living area, which opens to a beautiful northerly terrace with leafy treetop views – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
The property provides a large private air-conditioned master suite fitted with a sleek ensuite, king size bed and balcony, bedroom 2 with a double bed and 3rd loft style bedroom with a queen size bed.
Whether a family stay or a friend’s getaway, this super-stylish retreat offers the luxury of a designer bathroom with stone clad soaker tub, split system heating/AC and one garage car space.
Enjoy everything Collingwood is so widely celebrated for including an easy stroll to the lively atmosphere of Smith Street, renowned for its variety of shopping and dining options, trendy bars, trams and Gertrude Street’s abundant eateries.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones
