Pack your bags, bring your furry friend, & prepare for a memorable coastal holiday!
The Space:
Modern, spacious townhouse. Master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite. The unit also contains two generous sized bedrooms with large bathroom to share. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for long family stays. There is also a fully-equipped laundry and downstairs toilet for convenience. This coastal contemporary home is beautifully furnished and features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, ducted air-conditioning, an open living/dining space and a lush outdoor patio area. As you enter the home you will be greeted with the modern open living, dining and kitchen area. The leafy courtyard parallel to the kitchen floods the downstairs space with natural light and ambience. The living area is furnished with a plush three-seater sofa and an occasional chair to enjoy the large flat screen smart TV, equipped with Netflix and free-to-air. Nestled next to the leafy courtyard is the dining setting with seating for six, the kitchen also features a breakfast bar perfect for enjoying your slow holiday-mode mornings. The downstairs also has a powder room, fully equipped laundry and double garage.
Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, all decorated with a coastal contemporary charm. The master bedroom is situated at the back of the home and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious walk-in-wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and smart TV for chilled evenings in. With ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, this home is ideal for keeping cool in summer and warm in winter. The second bedroom is also equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and is situated adjacent to the main bathroom with a toilet, shower and bath. Designed with families in mind, the third bedroom consists of a double bed which is perfect for the kids.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, double garage and the communal pool located just a short stroll away.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located 500m away from the beautiful patrolled Coolum Beach - ideal for swimming, surfing and relaxing on the beach. A short stroll from the home you can find an array of fabulous shops, cafes, restaurants and the renowned Coolum Surf Club with beautiful ocean views. There is also a supermarket, medical practice, library and skatepark all close by. Coolum Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. The beachside town of Coolum is located almost halfway between Maroochydore and Noosa Heads and is a lovely location to spend time with family and friends exploring the Sunshine Coast.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 3-minute walk to Birtwill Street where the bus can be caught to Noosa (northbound) and Maroochydore (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
