Condominio de 2 dormitorios recientemente actualizado ubicado en el corazón de Mammoth y en la ruta de la lanzadera. ¡Te encantará la nueva decoración moderna de montaña en todas partes! ¡Se siente como si estuvieras en el Four Seasons cuando entras! El propietario ha pensado en todo para que su estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Las amplias habitaciones ofrecen camas nuevas y ropa de cama con mucho espacio para dormir y una gran sala de literas para los niños (o adultos) La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para cocinar en casa con un comedor con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones, cuartos de baño nuevos y renovados, WIFI, sistema de juegos para niños y estufa a leña hacen de este el lugar perfecto para descansar después de un largo día de esquí. El complejo ofrece una sala de recreación divertida con mesas de billar y ping pong. Una enorme bañera de hidromasaje y una piscina y pista de tenis de verano. Hay instalaciones de lavandería en el área común junto a la sala de recreación para uso de los huéspedes también. ¡Te encantará este condominio tanto que sabemos que volverás pronto!

We have stayed at Sunshine Village at least 10 times in past years. It has been sixteen yrs since we last stayed there. This is the 1st time we had people above us so noisy everyday. There was no closet space in this unit. Fan in master was only set at high speed. No instructions how to lower it. Sheets on master bed did not fit properly & had bleach spots on them. We were disappointed that the tennis courts were not available. We do like the location of the condos.

Nice place but a camera inside that is not disclosed!

The condo is great. A lot of P Touch instruction everywhere! I did not like the camera on the TV stand. It should be disclosed in the check in instructions! I’m not sure it’s even legal. I don’t think it’s appropriate to hide it by the bottom of the TV. We didn’t get to the TV for a while so they watched us without our consent and it wasn’t disclosed. The management company is great. They were very helpful!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location in town and it was right next door to the other family members we were with. The property was clean, but it is dark. It needs to be brighten up. When we oped the door, there was a strong musty bad smell. It was because of the broken window that was boarded up. Our daughter couldn't stand the smell in that room so she had to squeeze into the condo with the family next door. We had to keep that door closed, but still the smell! Our bedroom was nice but the bed sheets are too small for the mattress and keep rolling off the corners. I had to keep fixing the sheets. The garbage disposal stopped working and when I email you, I never got a response. We were happy to be next door to family but this condo needs improvements.

Great location in town near hot spots

The unit is well kept and the management had great communication. The only downside was that due to the massive snow banks from the plows, all of the windows were boarded up and there was no natural light from any room. That was not their fault, however, so I don't want to ding them for it. I loved that the Christmas decorations were still up in February. :) I don't want the season to end either.

New years getaway

Cannot complain about the property or location. Only thing we were truly disappointed about was that we were there during a blizzard. Although we were not able to go up on the lifts, we experienced a very white holiday. Property was very easy to find and close to everything.

Nice Condo near Eagle

Conveniently located right off of Green line 46 stop. Lots of room for our family. Great entry way mudroom for ski gear. Appliances new and TVs in all rooms. Nest thermostats not working in bedrooms, but there were portable heaters that worked well. Pellet stove heated place quickly and efficiently. Would stay here again!

Nicely updated condor near Eagle Lodge

Condo was recently updated, clean and conveniently located near Eagle Lodge. Granite countertop kitchen with plenty of cookware/utensils. Updated bathrooms and flooring. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Terrible Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was extremely difficult to reach someone to help us enter the condo and we had a ton of issues with the heating (faulty Breaker that the owner knew about), electrical issues throughout the place (faulty Breaker that the owner knew about). The cellular service for Verizon was not good. It took one hour to reach someone to help me get in. That person had to go through 3 or 4 different codes. I was told I had to download an app. Well with the service up there, I couldn't. The place was freezing. The one of the thermostats was broken. They had space heater through out the place. The problem was, every time we plugged one in the breaker blew. No one know where it was. I was finally able to get the code the owners closet which had the electrical panel, AND RIGHT BY THE BREAKER WAS A NOTE FOR THE MAINTENECE MAN TO CHECK. The power went out 10 times. The owner should be ashamed of their selves. They charged me $1400 per night and we were freezing. Never ever ever again.

Great location with vast conveniences

My family came here for a few days. Overall the property is quite well maintained and the location is unbeatable. The SPA pool is pretty nice as well! One minor thing is the circuit break is quite easily disconnected when heating system in the bedrooms are turning. We managed to rely on the living room heating to resolve the issue. Sarah is pretty helpful during the process.

The place was clean, well-equipped, comfortable, parking was right in front and convenient location. A few things to consider for any guest who is traveling with seniors. I came with my elderly parents who are in their 80s. I specifically was looking at accommodations that are on ground floor and limited mobility accessible. The description indicated that it is. There is one step from the parking lot to the front door, and a slight bump at the front door. Little details can greatly affect the safety of seniors if there are tripping hazards. Suggestions:1. Motion sensor light once entering the unit. I arrived at check-in and couldn’t see inside the unit once I opened the door and was fiddling around to find the light switches was difficult.2. The unit had rug runners along the hallway, bedroom and living room. The functionality is understandable, but the one in the hallway did not have anti-slip on the bottom. I nearly slipped when I stepped on it, especially when I was fumbling to find the lights to turn on when I got in the unit. This is an accident waiting to happen before our trip would even start. 3. The height of the bed in the master bedroom was definitely not convenient for an elderly. I am 5’4” and my mom is 4’9”. There was no way she could’ve climbed onto the bed. I even struggled getting on the bed myself. I thought about pushing the sofa chair along the bed for her to climb in and out of, but that would be vulnerable to an accident. I can suggest indicating the height of the bed on the listing for those little details that do matter to travelers with limited mobility. Or provide a sturdy stool. The shower head in the master bathroom was also very high, but the second bathroom was a standard height. 4. The bunkbeds has a very low clearance.- not advised for people who are claustrophobic or wants to bump their

We had an awesome stay in this cute, well-stocked condo. It had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed going to the pool each day. We will be back!
