Unwind at this stunning four-bedroom family home, located in the quiet street of Golden Square street. The house lovingly offers enough space for 5 people, undeniably perfect for small families, and business travellers looking to experience what the quiet and tranquil suburb of Bendigo has to offer. The location is perfectly peaceful but only a 5-minute drive to Woolworths Supermarket and 9-mins to the CBD.

'Bendigo Family Retreat' consists of modern facilities featuring one master room with a queen size bed including an ensuite, and another two bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a single bed and another with a double bed. The fourth one is a nursery/study room with one kid bed, with an option for an additional porta cot and changing table. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps and some with desks for working spaces.

As soon as you set foot in the charming holiday home, the open-plan living setting will present an experience of upscale simple elegance. The living space has a welcome couch, that compliments the 55' Smart TV paired with digital TV connected to WIFI that includes Netflix and YouTube for the nightly movie time with family or friends while the space is showered by the natural light from the outside.

A fully equipped new kitchen also awaits with German appliances including Bosch, Franke, and Stirling for an enjoyable meal together, using an Induction cooktop and electric oven conversion. An undeniably family atmosphere at its finest - everything is just so spectacular including an outdoor area with an alfresco and outdoor table and seating perfect for an evening wine, especially idyllic during winter with a cup of coffee or hot cocoa before the morning stroll or just a lazy day for everyone while relaxing. After all, you'll be in a quiet environment with nearness to the best restaurants, cafes, and shops in Golden Square, and just a short drive to nearby attractions. You may also indulge in a variety of eateries nearby or grab a drink to serve as your quick therapy from the hustle and bustle of city life. While you’re here, be sure to check out some fantastic popular places to visit in the Victoria region. Easy access to public transportation is also a plus.

Each room has an oil heater to provide heating.
There is a ducted evaporative cooler providing cooling throughout the house.
The living area has a 7Kwh split system providing cooling and heating.
The main bathroom includes a bath and shower head with both overhead and handheld shower heads. Heating is provided by radiant heaters on the ceiling. The ensuite has a toilet, shower, and remote-controlled infrared heater.
Fresh linen is provided for each room.
