We stayed here with a large group, in town for a cardinals game. Property was great, clean, spacious, great for a large group.

Great St Louis Getaway!

We had an awesome time visiting this lovely property! It was close to everything, very spacious, clean and well appointed with all the kitchen and bathroom supplies we needed. The parking was excellent, the bathrooms were big and comfortable, and the artwork was really fun!! Thanks for a great stay!!

We recently stayed here for a girls weekend. We had a wonderful time! The home was very clean. The accommodations were so comfortable. The home had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. They even planned for the small toiletries we would need during our stay. It was easy to work with them to arrange our travel. The check in and check out process was very clear. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great location, plenty of room and very clean! I would recommend this property!! The only thing I didn’t like was all the extra fees. It ended up costing way more than I wanted to spend for 2 nights.

Recent Stay

Came to town for a Cards game and stayed at this property with a group of 7 friends. The property was just a short easy walk to Busch Stadium. The house was very clean and spacious. There was enough room that all 7 of us had our own beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property

We had a softball tournament in O’Fallon, IL for the week. This property was close and just what we were looking for to accommodate our large family. The property owner was very responsive and helped us with our needs. The home had everything we needed and was spacious for everyone to spread out.

Wedding stay in St. Louis

Property was large and well suited for a large group (elder parents, 3 couples, siblings and a young child). A word of caution if you have elders, be aware the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor and there are a nice amount of stairs but wasn’t an issue for our group. The host was very responsive and we’re overall happy with our stay!

Great with kids

Our family had a great weekend in St. Louis. It was a great accommodation for families with small children (we had 3 under 3). Having a crib, a pack and play, and a high chair already available at the house helped to ease the travel burden. The top level game room would also be amazing for older kids/teens. Overall a great place to stay and we would stay here again.

Weekend Family Get Together

Located close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of room for all of us without feeling crowded. Kitchen had all the cookware and dishes that we needed. Appreciated having enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and bathroom supplies. Liked being able to park at the back of the house.

Baseball trip to StL

Hosts were very accommodating to us with our arrival in the morning and our checkout. All rooms were just as pictured. The cleaner did an excellent job as everything was spotless. We came down for Twins vs Cards. Walking distance to Stadium and Budweiser Brewery. Would definitely consider again for a baseball trip.

What a amazing place

This is an amazing place to stay!! Very comfortable and a lot of amenities supplied that were unexpected.(good shampoo, outstanding body wash, bag of ice in freezer, coffee and filters) clean and very nice neighborhood (cross the street from church) even the neighbors are nice. Don’t miss out on a chance to stay at this older redone house. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!! P.s nice playground park area less than a block away. Also property is easy to get to from highway.

Girls’ weekend

The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend! All materials were supplied and readily available, such as shampoos and soaps in all showers, extra toilet paper and paper towels, etc. which was much appreciated! The owners were communicative, checked on us after our arrival and were readily available (although we didn’t need anything because the home was well stocked with everything we needed!). I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and would rent from them again!

Bachelorette Weekend

Great home for our group of 7. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Less than 5 minute ride to the heart of Soulard. Steps to the third floor are steep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are oversized! Beds were comfy! The parking pad was a bonus, and fit three vehicles! Lots of attention to details by owners.

Beautiful and spacious

The home was just as described - the decorations and furnishings made it feel like a real home. The kitchen was fully outfitted and easy to maneuver in. The bathrooms also worked out well for our group of 5 adults. One thing that was a little frustrating is that 3 women were trying to get ready for a wedding. The countertops in the bathroom are not quite big enough to hold all of our items. There were also no other available mirrors for us to use. We never used the third floor but it would be a great place for the kids to hang out in the evening or to watch the football game on tv. I really recommend this location and home

Nice stay

Our group of 9 stayed at this property for 3 nights during arch madness. The property is as advertised. It is a beautiful historic building with lots of charm. The location is great. Walking distance to Busch stadium and a lot of attractions. Our whole group enjoyed the place and had plenty of space to spread out. Our 4 kids really enjoyed the upstairs bedroom and game room. As other reviewers have said, if you have a problem with stairs, this is probably not for you. The proximity of the bedrooms on the second level was good too because even with 3 families we felt like we had our own space. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. I live in the country, so with this being just south of downtown, I had some reservations, but we did not have any issues and felt safe at the property. I would not hesitate to book this property again. weresponsive.

Great House

House was exactly as listed. Extremely clean, well set up, and well stocked (so nice to have extra TP, trash bags, soap, etc.)The host was very attentive and while we didn’t have any issues, I am sure they would have resolved them quickly if we did. The only part we didn’t love was the location. The area was not exactly unsafe, but also wouldn’t want to walk by myself. Also, you are close to a lot of things but nothing is walking distance. Everything is a 5-15 min drive. The first night we had sirens driving by repeatedly. The next night we only heard a couple. Overall we would absolutely stay here again and would definitely stay in any property this these hosts.
