Our home is a spacious fully renovated 1750 sq feet great for entertaining. High vaulted ceilings, large open concept kitchen living room with a separate dining room. Sleeping 6 comfortably with 3 full baths. Laundry on site. Lovely backyard and deck with bbq. Walking distance (15minutes) to downtown Elora to great restaurants and shops. Go hiking and visit the Elora gorge for some outdoor adventure. Make a day spending time at the Elora Mill and spa. Your stay with us is in a quiet community, you will see the charm Elora has to offer!

Welcome to our Spacious 2 Bedroom Loft Townhouse. We’re beyond excited to have you!

This place is very special to us. Believe it or not, it was our first home when we moved in together in Elora!

In the past few years, we’ve enjoyed updating our home and putting our own stamp on the town of Elora. It’s a great spot to discover the area. And isn’t the neighbourhood just lovely? We have many great memories attached to it, and we’re convinced you will, too.

In this manual, you’ll find lots of helpful information we’ve compiled over the years to help our guests make the most of their stay. We've covered everything from instructions on how to use the appliances to recommendations for nearby restaurants and shopping areas.

We hope that you enjoy the place as much as we did.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 1:00 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am. We’d appreciate it if you could stick to these times.

If you’d like to request a late check-out, please contact us through Airbnb or any of the contact details provided at the end of this manual. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
There is room for 2-3 cars on our side of the driveway (please do not park on the neighbour’s shared side). You can park your car in a free spot on the street. Overnight parking is not permitted 2:00 am – 6:00 am from November 1 – March 31.


HOUSE RULES
Please read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Do not wear shoes in the house. (Take off at the front door.)
5. No unregistered guests allowed. (just ask us)
6. Access to locked doors is not permitted (black handles).
7. Please respect the noise curfew in Elora at 11:00 p.m.
8. Please turn off the gas fireplace if you leave.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $50.
11. Please take care of the furnishings.
