Brighton is one of Adelaide's most stunning coastal suburbs. Sure Brighton has its ups and downs, some streets are better than others, but the overall feel is amazing. It is only a 25 minute drive to the city and hosts one of Adelaide's best beaches. The neighbours are friendly and the streets at night are super quiet and safe, very different to it's mate Glenelg.
Access is via Locky digital lock; the property is located at the rear of the building in the far right corner. Private and secure.
Welcome to our inviting three-bedroom retreat, just an 11-minute stroll from the pristine beach. We are delighted to welcome you to our beautifully appointed home, designed to offer comfort and convenience during your stay.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by our thoughtfully designed first living and dining area, tastefully adorned with beach-themed decor. The soft, light colours create a soothing ambience. In this space, you'll find a plush chaise lounge and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. The elegant round dining table provides a perfect setting for enjoying meals together.
Adjacent to this area is our chef's kitchen, equipped with modern amenities, including gas cooking, an electric oven, and ample counter space to make cooking a breeze. You'll find everything you need to whip up a delightful meal or snacks.
Our first bedroom is a haven of luxury, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed for ultimate relaxation. The room includes a tallboy, bedside tables with reading lamps, ample hanging space, and a long mirror. For added privacy, a blackout blind separates this cosy retreat from the living area.
Moving on to the second bedroom, you'll discover a charming double bed, tastefully decorated with bedside tables and elegant lamps. The room also offers convenient hanging space and a large, bright window fitted with a blackout blind.
In the third bedroom, you'll find two inviting single beds, complemented by bedside tables for your convenience. Your sleep experience will be nothing short of luxurious.
Towards the rear of our home, you'll uncover a second living space featuring expansive windows that flood the area with natural light. This cosy space boasts two comfortable lounges, a coffee table, and a dedicated work desk overlooking our serene rear garden area.
Stepping outside, our private courtyard beckons with a charming bench table and stools nestled under a fragrant wisteria bush, creating a delightful spot for outdoor meals or relaxation. For your convenience, we provide a clothesline so you can quickly refresh your beachwear.
To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer a top-loader washing machine, a bath with a shower overhead, and a vanity. All necessary linens and towels are provided for your convenience. We also supply hand and body soaps to enhance your overall experience.

Okay, but not as nice as described.
The good-
Location- very close to the beach, responsiveness of the owner- super helpful when we ran into issues and went out of their way to supply a high chair, comfortable beds.
The less than-
Its showing plenty of wear. The oven has no symbols left on it, so its guess work to get the setting and temp. There were dirty pans in the cupboard. The bath setup is not good for small children. Parking is awkward for a family vehicle.
Overall, we managed to adapt, but I definitely feel the description is quite overzealous.

We take your comments about the oven and the condition of the pans and will address these issues with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure everything is up to standard.
The pictures show that the bath is not really suitable for children, so we don't hide that fact.
As for the parking situation, we acknowledge that our small carport may not be ideal for larger family vehicles, and we indicate this in our listing. We appreciate your understanding, as it can be a bit of a challenge for some guests, as pointed out in the description.
