We had a great week. Be prepared to rent chairs/umbrella if you would like to have a front row. The rental company starts setting up between 6:00 and 6:30.

Clean property, condo was updated and clean. Plenty of towels and has extra ice maker that was bonus. Cons parking lot is tight and the front row taken by rental chairs is just wrong. I will say all the properties seem to be front row hogs. Leave walking the beach room

Beautiful getaway!

We very much enjoyed this condo. The location was convenient; the view was beautiful; the condo was updated nicely and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need. We have stayed in Perdido Key before and I would definitely stay here again!

808 unit was nice, however getting to & from the unit was terrible. This condo ONLY has 1 elevator working & with 8 plus floor with 5 units on each floor. WELL , you can imagine. It was rumored that the other 2 elevators have been broken for a year. There were several times that my family members had to take the stairs because the number of people waiting for the use of the elevator. We won’t go back to this condo.

Beautiful Condo

Absolutely loved our weekend stay in this condo for my birthday/our anniversary trip. Condo was beautiful!! Very clean, loved the balcony!! Loved the master bedroom, the bed is very comfortable which is hard to find in rentals. Loved waking up to the beautiful view of the beach.

Convenient, clean, good amenities, cold air conditioner Only negative is the master mattress needs to be replaced. Very lumpy!

Loved our stay!

This property is just like the photos. It was clean and had everything we needed! We were near dining and shops, and the view of the water did not disappoint. We saw dolphins swimming the coast almost every morning, and the beach outside of the condo was a great place to watch the sunrise. There's plenty to do within a 30 min or so drive if you want non beach activities. We would definitley stay here again if we are ever back in this area!
