This oceanfront property has a 1 and 2 Bedroom unit. Guests may rent either unit or for larger groups rent the Lower Deck and Upper Deck together. Contact us directly for the low season combined rate (Oct 1 - May 30).

Fall in love with our panoramic views of Carters and Summerville beaches right from your own private deck and hot tub!

Located 1.5hrs from HRM, you are a short 5 minute walk to the famous Quarterdeck Bar and Grill and beautiful Summerville Beach provincial park.

Keep it simple at this peaceful retreat.

The space
A comfortable well appointed 2 bedroom unit with super fast wifi. Plush queen beds in each bedroom and fully appointed kitchen to cook your favourite dishes. Enjoy the spectacular sunset views from your private deck fully equipped with Adirondack chairs and bbq. Relax in the soaker tub or rain shower after a long day of beaching, surfing, exploring or cycling.

Great location

This was the perfect get away for our little family. So close to the beaches and fully stocked with everything we could need. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful spot and comfortable stay

My husband, son and I had a great time. The cottage is comfortable and clean and the view is fantastic. You really can’t beat the location. We were minutes away from Summerville Beach, The Grill Restaurant and Concrete Creations. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

Picturesque paradise!

The upper deck is a perfect location to rest ad relax by the sea. The views are extraordinary; the accommodations are very comfortable and the decor charming. We had dinner at the Quarterdeck one night and the food was superb. Stopped at Luneburg on our way down from Portuguese Cove and had some of the best oysters at the Old Fish Factory - and check out Annapolis and Fort Ann and the Compose for dinner - outstanding scallops- Thank you for hosting us!

It was so nice

We had a great time, it was close to the beach and coffee on the patio in the morning was wonderful! I was traveling with 2 seniors, my only suggestion would be a safety bar for getting in and out of the shower. Beyond that.. it was great! We would stay again!

My 2 best friends and i needed a get away. We have never been away just the 3 of us...we devised this plan to just go somewhere. Check in was easy...communication with the owners was easy and quickly answered. We had no issues with the property. We spent a lot of time on the deck chatting, catching up, laughing and enjoying the view and just being able to unwind and relax. We all agree this was a fantastic get away that we all needed and deserved. Nice and clean property and accomodations.

A perfect early summer stay during our tour of Queens Coast! Simply loved the property, which was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Enjoyed just hanging out in the breeze and watching the water (and waterfowl!). The location allowed us to walk a few minutes down the road to the gorgeous Summerville Beach, while Liverpool and Thomas Raddall Park were a quick drive away! Thanks to Eric and Dawn, who were helpful and responsive hosts. Highly recommended!

We stayed two nights in this unit for a girlfriend’s get away. It had two well appointed bedrooms. It is on the top floor with another unit under it. The unit had everything we needed. The heat pump worked well without any issues. No issues with hot water. Communication with Eric was excellent, check in was easy. We spent a lot of our time on the deck enjoying the beautiful view. You’re very close to the Grill Restaurant at the Quarterdeck Resort. We walked there for lunch and went back to spent the afternoon on the beach. Highly recommend renting this gem! Would return.
