This ground floor home is dog friendly and located only 400 metres from beautiful Fingal Bay beach. The short flat walk also takes you to a great beach-side enclosed dog park or just 600 metres away takes you to Fingal Bay shops which offers a take away shop, Friendly Grocer, Fingal Bay cellars and café and Fingal Bay Sports Club for a casual dinner.
Fingal beach is a glorious white sand beach tucked under Fingal Head, it is a family-friendly, patrolled surf beach which is perfect to catch a wave, catch a fish, or just catch a sunrise on your early morning walk or for a relaxing lunch/ afternoon drink or dinner overlooking the beach from the famous Saltwater restaurant.
Fingal is renowned for whale watching, there is a platform at the end of the beach under the headland where you can spot the whales passing by May to November.
Driftwood Cottage has been recently renovated with beautiful timber floors and a calming colour scheme throughout. The duplex has an earthy interior and features an open plan living area with Smart TV, free unlimited wi-fi and Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioning. A renovated, fully equipped kitchen is provided and has complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, microwave, and the bonus of a family size fridge/ freezer and Air Fryer.
The main bedroom has timber floors and the comfort of a ceiling fan, bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has a King Single bed with an additional fold-out child’s bed available, the bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
Fantastic enclosed back yard which is perfect for the fur babies and children to play. There is a single garage which is used as a games room and has a ping pong table, this area also has the laundry and has a front loader washing machine. Fantastic enclosed yard with outdoor dining and gas BBQ flat plate provided.
There is off street parking in the driveway for two vehicles at the property. There is also additional free parking across the road for boats and trailers.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
