For extended stays of 14 nights or more, we can often offer more flexibility with arrival and departure dates.

Across the Ocean-side Villa is the Garden-side Villa, a secluded sanctuary surrounded by lush tropical landscapes, offering four luxurious suites. Whether waking to the sound of gentle waves or unwinding amidst the quiet of the gardens, every space has been thoughtfully curated to provide privacy and comfort.

Arrival and Departure Transfer

Complimentary Transfers

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).

Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).

Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person

* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!

The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.

* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.

Interaction with Guests:

*All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to a 10% Government Tax & Service. They include the private use of the villa as described in the

‘Conditions’ and include all utilities (electricity, water, gas).



All Events must be under the supervision of an event planner including, installation of the decor, catering, and cleaning of the villa’s grounds af-

ter the Event. The Event planner must be able to provide the company proof of registration on the French Side and proof of insurance or autho-

rization to operate on the French side if the company is registered on the Dutch side of the island or abroad.



Villa’s include the services of one (1) housekeeper for basic assistance, unless specified differently in the ‘Conditions’. Villa staff gratuities are

not included but much appreciated by the housekeeper.
