"The Barn" is a three-bedroom converted historic barn (built in 1850) tucked away in a lovely private lot on Wellfleet's beloved Main Street. Behind Winslow's and beside Hatch's, this wonderful property is surrounded by lovely outdoor spaces. A stockade fence encircles the beautiful gardens at the front of the property. The back deck overlooks a large yard with a firepit bordered by bamboo--a peaceful Shangri-La along the town's beloved Main Street.

Enter an open main living space with living room, dining area and kitchen, all with rustic charm and modern furnishings. The cozy living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own accounts) and WIFI and a ductless split unit air conditioner. The kitchen has granite countertops and high-end stainless appliances including a Viking gas range. The dining area has a large dining table with room for everyone. There is a ceiling fan in the main living area between the kitchen and living room. A French door open to a spacious deck with dining table and chairs, gas grill and brand new lounge seating. There is also a bathroom with shower on the first floor.
Stairs lead to the second floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The open hall looks out over the main living area below. One bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own accounts) and the other has two full (double) beds. Both second floor bedrooms have ductless split unit air conditioners. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The two bedrooms and bathroom all have one step up from the hall into each room. The third bedroom is on the third floor and has a queen bed, a flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV cable channels provided (stream additional content with your own accounts) and ductless split unit air conditioner.
Exposed beams, hardwood and tile floors and a dramatic arched window overlooking the backyard adds to "The Barn's" charm.
This property has wonderful outdoor spaces including a deck off the main living area, an enclosed outdoor shower, lovely front gardens and backyard.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
